Stopped in for a lunch. It was quite busy but tables turned over at a good pace. Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Presentation was excellent. Temperature was good. And the food all taste great. Open and airy layout with lots of natural light. Would stop here again.

This is one of our regular haunts. We love it here for the cabinet selection. They also have a good menu as well. Which we tried today. My Eggs Bennie was delicious however putting cracked pepper on it before it leaves the kitchen was a bit of a let down as I’m not a fan. Hubby had the corn fritters which were ok. Just too much sweet chilli sauce and not enough sour cream. Our son loved his donut french toast. Coffee here is good just if you like strong coffee ask for an extra shot.

Quite a spread of cabinet food, everything looked so delicious and it was hard to decide on what to eat. Very happy with our meal, timely service and friendly staff as well!

Read wonderful reviews of this place so I was curious - Someone claims that this is the best cafe in Taupo … and it did not disappoint. Ordered the iced mocha and cinnamon brioche - loved it! Highly recommend! Will come back again on our next visit.

Went here after the Rotary Club doing a sausage sizzle outside of Pak'n Save suggested I visit this place today after they found out that I was a Coeliac. While I was hoping for a gluten free savory dish like a sausage roll or steak pie, I ended up splitting a piece of banoffee pie ($9.50) with my husband. It was the first time I had this dessert (I live in the USA and this dessert doesn't exist there.) It was fantastic! They have an absolutely STUNNING bakery case, especially with the edible glitter and fresh flowers. I had to take lots of photos that don't do the food justice. Glad we went here. Visited February 2023.

Everything was nice! Even for a late lunch at 1pm the place was still bustling. Had chicken and waffles from the kitchen and the pumpkin tart and caramel macadamia slice from the cabinet. Friendly staff, quick service. Coffees were also great!

What a great spot! The cabinet food is amazing and amazingly presented. The coffee was great. Tasty, well presented and the service was pleasant, personable, and prompt! We were there twice today, coming back for at late lunch but just after the kitchen closed. I had an Italian panini- fresh and delicious. My wife had a keto bacon and egg muffin. She seemed to enjoy it! The place is busy but the staff take the time to greet you and make an effort to be friendly. Baked with love and I loved the experience.

the selection here was amazing. so much to choose from and also cater to GF coeliac too. lovely service and clearly a well loved spot! glad we got to stop in whilst down here.

Stopped in for Breakfast with the family, staff were very talkative and friendly, the food options available they have something for everyone regardless of your food requirments, and the made in store selection available for purchase is amazing.

Kim created a beautiful cake for my mother's 80th birthday. Looked fantastic and tasted great. Was even better than the inspiration photo we originally provided. An important part of our "once in a lifetime" event. Can't thank you enough.

Easily one of the best bakeries I have ever been, perfect food and the sweet stuff are just works of ART! So beautiful! And the service perfect as well. I would drive around the Lake to get my breakfast here. And me too😁 Till we meet again Juul & Jack

Came here for a birthday sweet treat for my mother and I. Told the lovely lady behind the counter it was our birthday and she sang us happy birthday and the cakes came out with a candle each! Extremely friendly service and the cakes tasted absolutely delicious. Really nice Iced Americano also. Will definitely be coming back!

Good coffee.. and the food! Wow, so hard to choose what to get. It's one of those places where you want to order one of everything!

A fantastic range of beautifully presented baked goods and healthy (and not so healthy, but delicious) drinks. The baked keto cheesecake was fantastic, we stumbled upon this cafe by chance and will definitely return.

Nice cafe, great food locally baked. I was surprised and impressed. The food we had was great, tasteful and fresh. For sure a place to visit again when we are back in Taupo.

Funky place in Taupo with heaps of sweet treats of the best quality. Loved the roasted berry donut, and the berry custard brioche (sooo good) took a star off as we had to wait ages for coffee when it didn't seem that busy, and coffee tends to be on the weak side. Great spot, a definite to visit 👌
