For the first time, clean kids playground ! Everything was in the right place Caring and friendly staff Well done team Takanini.

Not too old. Heaps of parking and well planned store. Shelves are always full and doesn't get busy most times. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I always find what I want. Excellent range. Getting out of the carpark can be a pain though. The main road is almost always bumper to bumper.

Just a parent trying to fix my leaking tap without it costing an arm and a leg. I called and got put through to plumbing. I'm not a plumber so don't know the "lingo" but was trying to ask for help with my leaking tap as there was no dismantling tips online for my type of tap. The guy didn't even try to understand what I was saying and just said no we don't do that. I figured out how to dismantle my tap. I came into the store with the tap pieces. No one was at the plumbing station or in the isles. I Asked two workers for help they called both times on the intercom no one came to help me both times. Waited for someone to come no one came so I decided to try Mitre 10. Maybe someone over there will want my service and money. Disappointed.

Our favorite place for our diys. Love the experience everytime. The lady in the cafe is very accomodating even though she's nearly closing we were able to order and dine with our fur baby, Thank you!

Honestly every time I visit, I wonder why I am there! Access/egress is difficult (though the underground parking was a great solution). The majority staff are always chatting and mucking around looking like they would rather be anywhere else in the world. They are also unhelpful or simply don’t know when you ask them or there is never anyone around to help when you need it. The senior staff seem to be better empowered, but are always run off their feet (assuredly picking up the slack). The garden center is generally sad and in a bit of disarray with plants wilting and dying on the stands.. the houseplant section always seems to be well maintained however. But again no one around to help answer questions. The customer services desk is generally extremely rude doing the bare minimum. The checkout team and greeters always do a fantastic job however! Good prices, and an OK range if you can find what you are looking for. I tend to research ahead online and get in and out as quickly as possible or do click and collect.

Staff on the desk were telling us they had never stocked and sold a product. I pulled it up on the website just to be told oh then it must be out of stock. When it comes to the timber and you are looking to purchase all products for a 140 mtr fence, you want to know the person you are speaking with is knowledgeable.

On the last two visits there i have been totally blanked by male members of staff. The ones I did deal with would not engage and did the bare minimum to assist. With no coversation. Female staff are all lovely. Not sure what is going on there.

Good service easy to buy - good for DIY a for the long weekend - bbq and outdoors

Good variety of plants at this particular bunnings. The staff at checkout were more then welcoming and warm upon arrival and when checking out..which was top teir customer service💯💪 Instore was a bit of a let down as we asked a few team members where certain things we had written and searched online (that stated 'in stock') were located, but was either told a wrong aisle or we were just ignored 🙁 . But overall experience was great when checking out at garden area.

Had bad experience went in to buy argon gas website had a price but when we went into store the said we have to pay deposit. Need to be more specific on website. Wasted my time.

It's not too bad. Sometimes stock is low or the app vs. where it is in store does not match. But pricing is fair and competitive. They seem to not have enough staff on checkout from time to time and close the self checkouts early. That is my biggest issue Having the self checkouts accept farmsource cards would be a huge bonus too

Great service, haven't had any bad staff from here, I enjoy the plants that I deliver here, they take pride with plants and overall entire team are helpful

They had not restocked one of the items I was after. I also bought a $270 flat pack cupboard, which states includes all hardware, doors and handles. Got it home and it did not have one single screw or item required to put it together. Had to borrow a suitable car to pick it up now will have to work out how to return it.

We have tried to place a small order with the special order counter for days now. You call, you just get left ringing....Went in person, nobody available at counter, person is sick. We left hard copy of what we needed with contact number email with another employee from different area... Still waiting for a call back or something ..Argggg.....very frustrating.

We went to look at buy a letterbox. We were super impressed by the customer service. The store assistant helped us through getting all the bits and pieces we needed and gave us some really good advice and clear instructions on how to get our letter box installed.

I walked into Bunnings the first person dont no anything about the product I was talking about she promptly called her manager and advised where to find product and from there everything just flowed and went smoothly really had a great service trade desk was so helpful, friendly, lady with a really beautiful personality. Thank you for an awesome service. I will be back.

Great Customer service a young guy helped to get a flat trolley for all the storage boxes I had and the girl on the checkout counter called Rebecca gave great service I will definitely be back soon to buy more things from Bunnings Takanini.

I have bought a lot of stuff from here over the last several years....$1000s of dollars worth and always had great service. On the only occasion I can think of where something went wrong with a big ticket item - an electrical drop-saw, which I was honest enough to readily admit from the start was basically my fault, (read the instructions properly!)... I was given a replacement as a gesture of goodwill....very much appreciated and somewhat astonished by, but earned by enduring cusom as gratitude. Basically very helpful, friendly, obliging staff as always. Great place and great staff in every sense.

Huge store & everything you need for your DIY project. Very helpful staff to guide you through what this enormous store has to offer. In particular the special orders team were very easy to work with & have a genuine interest in making your project easier to do & enjoyable for you. If your putting together a kaboodle kitchen the staff are super knowledgeable & will help you succeed in your project. Highly recommended A+++++

Always get what you want here. It's so big that some items are hard to find. Pricing of product is very good. I've always been satisfied with my purchases here. Parking is very good with a well thought out trade entrance. The underground parking is a bonus on bad weather days.

Bunnings Ware House is a big store for buying daily need products & all comodities like paint,paint rollers,brushes,gardening tools,lawn mowers,flower pots,potting mix,all type of tools ,gardening plants,pots,spray pumps,pipes,ropes,full range of electricals like fans, lamps, decoration lights,solar lights,extension cords,moulded furniture,all available under one roof ****

Helpful staff, carried goods to car and loaded them for us. (85 and 90 year olds) I think they do it for every one. All you have to do is ask and directions are given for what you need.

Sad visit..Not one person was available to answer a simple question on concrete!! They fluffed me about for good twenty mins..to which I just said Over this! The young ladies tried to help to no avail. So many Young people with No experience! 🤨 Went to Mitre 10..within 2mins I had a quick an easy answer!! Bought there goods👍
