My
wife
and
I
were
interested
in
a
machine
that
makes
great
coffee
but
as
automatic
as
possible
(if
it’s
too
hard
we
just
can’t
be
bothered).
One
of
my
colleagues
from
the
US
mentioned
Jura
coffee
machines
as
a
possible
option,
so
I
looked
up
the
dealers
in
Tauranga
and
went
down
to
Fusion
Coffee.
They
have
about
a
half
dozen
Jura
machines
on
display
near
the
entrance,
from
the
smaller
home
ones
to
a
plumbed-in
commercial
one.
The
staff
were
very
friendly
and
helpful,
and
made
us
a
coffee
using
the
machines
we
were
interested
in.
After
a
bit
of
research
we
settled
on
the
Z6,
which
is
a
fantastic
machine.
Those
machines
have
great
reviews,
but
the
automated
cleaning,
customizable
drinks,
and
literally
one-button
operation
are
key
features.
It
makes
the
best
coffee
I
have
ever
tasted
that
is
made
in
a
home
system,
and
I’m
not
100%
sure
I
could
tell
the
difference
between
it
and
coffee
from
a
commercial
café.
Many
thanks
in
particular
to
Garrick
who
answered
all
the
weird
questions
we
had.
I
can’t
recommend
these
machines
too
highly,
and
Fusion
Coffee
provide
a
low-pressure
environment
to
see
the
machine
in
action
and
compare
them.
If
you
love
really
coffee
but
don't
use
whatever
solution
you
have
because
it
is
too
fiddly
or
you
don't
like
cleaning
it,
go
down
there
and
check
out
the
Z6!
