I always love my early morning Pilates class! Sometimes if I’m feeling tired it is tempting to skip, but I’ve never regretted going, I always walk out feeling energised and ready to face the day! Unity have created such a wonderful studio, that feels welcoming and nurturing. Discovering Pilates has been one of the absolute highlights of my year!

Lovely cosy and bright studio. Greer is a fantastic yoga instructor! I love coming to her Friday morning class. Would be keen for more yoga classes. Easy booking system and parking available.

I absolutely love Unity Studios! This is the first time I have found exercise that I truly enjoy. The range of classes and instructors provides variation in workouts and they cater to all abilities. Unity is an inclusive and fun environment where I can switch off and focus on me.

I've just come back to this studio after a year away and love it even more than before. The teachers are excellent, the classes are varied and I feel they are so consious of injury prevention. Very thorough instructions. A super great studio to start back into excercise again or for rehab as they are gentle and work all the deep supporting muscles so well. My osteopath tells me whenever I'm doing pilates regularly my pelvis and alignment is much stronger. But there definitely are other studios that push a bit harder and I feel are not as careful. I have injured myself at a different studio when I wasn't strong enough to manage the movements. That's why Unity studios is fantastic for gently getting stronger. Super nice people too.

I’m currently doing the two week introductory offer. It’s been wonderful and I intend to continue. I’m in my 60s and unfit, and every single instructor I have come across has been helpful, friendly and reassuring. I’m really enjoying the classes I’ve attended.

I have been going to Unity Studios in Mt Eden for a few years. It seriously is the best studio in the area and the instructors and all the staff are simply amazing! So much choice and variety! I am addicted!

I love Unity - all the teachers are amazing and I love the studio spaces! I go to both Northcote and Mt Eden studios. Also love the Momence booking system, makes things really easy when making bookings :)

I really enjoy my weekly class at Unity in Balmoral - Reformer Foundations - which I find varied but well-balanced, and a consistent challenge, without feeling beyond me. I like Laura, our usual instructor, and have found her observant and helpful - skilled and approachable. Other instructors from time to time have been good too. I was delighted to find that Unity was continuing over the holiday period - and then disappointed when Laura’s classes filled in a flash. There is obviously an unmet demand at that time - maybe something to consider, when other teachers disappear at this time?

First time on a reformer today and the class (Northcote studio) was great: seven people plus the instructor, who was very welcoming and explained the equipment. The session wasn't super strenuous, but definitely worked the whole body. Feel like I'm walking taller already and looking forward to more classes - I have a two-week pass, which is excellent value.

Esther is a great teacher and even picks up our fussy babies so we can continue our postnatal workout. I really get what I need from the class as part of my postnatal recovery. Definitely recommend it!

Had a great group class with Esther today. With a back injury I find it hard to find a good studio and instructor that suits my needs. I loved the pace of the class and her focus on stretching alongside strengthening ⭐️ will be heading back for some more classes. Thanks Esther!

Unity Studio is absolutely incredible. Sophie Fogarty, the senior pelvic health physio, was a game-changer in my postnatal recovery—her kindness and expertise were invaluable. Taking her advice to join the reformer foundation class was transformative, and I've never looked back since. The small, intimate classes, led by instructors like Kitty and Paula, consistently leave me feeling happy and fulfilled after each session. I'm so grateful to the Unity team!!

I have complex needs. My physiotherapist, Courtney, takes good care of me. I am being introduced to palates as part of my medical care. The pilates studio has well-maintained equipment. The studio is clean and the environment is pleasant. Courtney is professional, friendly and takes great care to make sure my issues are well-managed.
