Although I didn't purchase from this store - the friendly, informative service from all personnel was impressive!!

Honestly not a great experience. Stood in the store for 1/2 an hour before close waiting for service. Half the staff came from out the back at closing and, they managed to disconnect both my mobiles so I had no phone before rushing me out the door and telling me it would fix itself but could take up to 4hrs which was a lie. So basically I had no phone till I went back to the store the following day and I opted for a physical SIM since eSIMs must be too hard for them to manage correctly. I feel like Spark in general, not just this store may have missed the entire point of eSIMs by forcing customers to visit stores wen they are switching handsets.

No stars for service. I was in the store today just after 1pm. the store was empty there being no customers. I entered and looked the desk at the back of the store. 3 staff members were busy huddled together talking and giggling...no one looked up...no one acknowledge my presence. The staff appear engrossed in whatever it was entertaining all 3 of them...the store is still empty. I was there to buy a phone. I moved about the store looking at phones and focusing on the new Oppo phones minutes have passed and still the staff are giggling and talking behind the counter to themselves. No one has bothered to acknowledge my presence...I am still the only customer in store. One of the staff leaves the conversation and heads out the back...still no one has even bothered to register with courteous 'hello' my presence. 5 minutes pass...and I have decided that this is not service from the staff but totally disinterest. I move around for one more look then make for the door...whilst stand partly in the door and pavement, one of the staff looks up from the counter at the back of the shop and finally ask if I wanted anything or some words to that degree. I respond with 'No, I've been in the store for over 5 minutes and no one has acknowledge me nor bothered to provide any help.' She says nothing...no apology, no explanation. I go on to say, 'I came to buy a phone, but there being no service, I'll be buying it elsewhere.' Service today an absolute zero...sale zero... The manager may have been one of the 3 staff members. The owner of the store should probably review staff training in customer service. I would have given zero stars but this review process is rigged to ensure at least 1 star. 1 star you have but it is not deserved.

Went to this Spark store this morning to get a Spark Pre-Paid Sim card. They took 10-15mins to sell it to me, asked me 100 questions and told me I couldn't put a name on it that was under 18 years of age. Told me I had to come back to the store to switch my number over. They don't sell pre-paid top up vouchers and charged me more than twice what I would have paid for the SIM at Countdown.

Disappointed. Tried to setup account for elderly relation. But having no valid drivers license or passport didn't allow elderly relation to process with account. Left very disappointed with 90 year old relation. Have now been informed phone call to spark allows new accounts setups. Without licence or passport.

Great service, happy staff however the samsung deal offered is not favourable. Only one watch offered, a mans watch - not good for weaker wrists and I prefer a ladies size watch. Need to consider other providers who have a better deal. Sad as I have been with spark for about 27 years.
