Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.

The warehouse is located on the other side of St. Luke Mall, has decent car parking. It is a big store and you can buy range of things, from cheap to medium quality and prize. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Poor service, they don't reply to repeated emails & can't take acceptable passport photos so don't pay their $25 fee. Passport photos were taken on 2 separate occasions, but had to be redone both times but neither have been acceptable by passport office. In the end I used my phone and the passport office accepted my photo. I've emailed them 3 times in the past 4 weeks as I would like to inquire about getting a refund but I've not received any reply. If they read this review and search this email address, they will find my emails. Is quite shocking the large number of poor google reviews they have.

Very dim, lifeless story. Nothing much going on and the music was so kind for some reason. Didn't have much verity and it feels so much smaller than it actually is. Felt drained when we left and was having a great day till going into this store. Waste of time.

staff is not helpful i ask the person standing in front of the door his not even looking at you. seems his depth. at the counter cashier staff, when i ask the lady it seems angry i forgot to get her name but my whole experience in this store was awful.

Well organized and well stocked Warehouse. Parking could be a little larger. The service is also good. I am always able to find day-to-day items here very easily. They also have discounts some of the times for in-demand products. The location is also convenient as it is in the St. Luke's shopping center area.

While at the check out desk today, we witnessed one of the employees deal with back to back complaints. She was very calm and polite despite the difficult customers. She deserves a gold medal for patience

Yeah unfortunately this isn't a nice review. Multiple times I've gone in to pickup click & collects and it's been the wrong item. To which I told the staff & emailed customer service the different codes for the item I actually wanted. Another occasion, l wanted some perfume which was 'instock' online - I was told I couldn't get because they couldn't reach it?. Today I went in to get that same perfumes (which again was 'instock' online) only to be told they don't have it at all.? What is the point in having that feature if it's not accurate. Waste people's time. I don't recommend this store sorry.

Finally the warehouse is getting better after K mark took a lot of their market share. The item is getting better quality and the price is much similar with k mart. It good to see the warehouse back to my flavor shop. But I still like k mart more due to the overall product and price. I can see the warehouse is working hard now. VH

can't even with the customer service, they were just mucking around and chit chatting with eachother. one of them gave me the evils when i asked where the hair products were.

Except for one staff member who helped me today, the rest were chatting with one another. The guy at the checkout didn't even bother to say hello and thank you.

Had to deal with a phone repair that the courier couldn't manage to deliver correctly. Big shout out to Andre who went above and beyond to resolve this issue including following up to check we received it.

Just finished helping our elderly neighbor go to your store to buy a fridge freezer in cash the rudeness of the staff and security guard are beyond measure. Including the fact that my cancer partner had to upload the fridge freezer himself into the back of our car himself. Sad that we would experience this type of service when this store has been always offered good service maybe. got as good as Westgate

Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location. Parking is okay. This St Lukes Warehouse is well stocked compared to other Warehouse's ... I'm able to get all my groceries from here! Thanks To CJ 👍👍 YOUR AWESOME!

Though we regularly buy stuff from The Watehouse, I am clueless whats their specialization. Sometimes there are good things at very reasonable price but many a times we feel there are cheap things at regular price. Store timings are good so anything required after 5.30 or so, Warehouse is good option. Adequate parking, good staff, fast checkout.

Car oil runs great for Lexus is250. Appreciate the service today from Cilae, she went above and beyond to find the oil needed for my car, Sylvia park & St Lukes shows stock online, so called a head @ St Luke’s! & was able to pick up on my way to Kerikeri! AMAZINGGGGGG SERVICE!!! 🫶🏽

Well I'm really impressed The Warehouse St Lukes, what a team. Walked in the front door and greeted with a smile and a good morning welcome to the warehouse, walked up to the counter and the staff member was very pleasant and helpful made my morning exceptionally effortless, thought it would take a while but only 5 minutes and we were done. Great service thanks again the warehouse staff.

Looking for an office chair, looked then asked for help. Woman said she'd be back, saw me waiting but disappeared. Woman #2 on checkout couldn't help me either, "I'm new..." Waste of time, had $200 to spend, BUT instead online ordered from someone else. Shop also messy and unwelcoming, display of chairs meagre, messy, not like the stock shown online.

They have great variety of things, it’s a bigger store compared to the one in Auckland Central. There were Black Friday discounts going on. Got the potting mix and compost for the garden. Staff was distracted, I needed help with things but they just watched no one actually helped. No greetings at the billing counter or while leaving the store. Won’t recommend it.
