    Horrible experience. Went to add my partners name in my account. Waited there for 15 mins. After a long wait finally team member came. I have a conversation with team members that I was Advised by my friend that spark can add my partner in my account. They said they cant add my partners name in my account as I m already on a plan. That team member was not confident at all telling me that he cant add my partners name in my account. So I called customer care going out of the store and asked the same thing they have done in less than 5 mins after they answered my call. If customer care can do that why not the staff working in store do it? Team need a proper training to help customers who came to store. Not every time a customer can call customer care for such a small things which can be sorted in store.

    The second time I have been provided false information from this store. I have went on their website, contacted the customer line, as well as the messaging team who have all confirmed the same thing then this store has told me no they do not offer this particular service but when I mentioned I have already contacted multiple teams at spark they then said oh yes we do offer this service 🤦🏽‍♀️ staff need to stop being lazy and if they aren't sure then contact their manager or above so customers aren't receiving contradicting information.

    The sales is terrible. I ask for mobil plan, he lied to me and telling me only $45/month and above has data. When I ask for $25 plan, he kept telling me there is no data in that plan even I confirmed a lot of times with him. I have at least 4 numbers and 3 broadbands with spark. Then I showed him on spark app, 500MB is including in $25 plan. He then start to say something elsa. He is not helping the customer, not care about the customer. Upsales through cheat and lies. Very bad experience.

    This store is an embarrassment, I have just come off the phone from a so called manager named Jason (refused to give his surname) probably the most unhelpful store assistant I have ever spoken to, obviously his only training in being a store assistant was watching Carol Beer played by David Walliams in Little Britain - "computer says no". If he is the manager and training the team, I feel sorry for anyone having to visit the store, also you have to question the people who put such an under-qualified person in charge of running what you would assume would be a flagship store.

    Horrible customer service, they are a bit rude and they just make everything so hard. I went there to buy something with my account credit as I am a spark employee and they did ask so many weird things that ended up just leaving. Then I went to the Newmarket store and everything was so easy, they asked my ID, account number and my T number and that was it, got the product. People, go to the Newmarket store! So much better.

    Spark needs to change their policy’s. I have now gone into spark Sylvia park twice. I haven’t be able to receive calls from anyone for months ( which is point and case within its self as a phone company should be allowing you to do so) so my frist trip to Sylvia park I get told I can’t do anything today as the account is not under my name, I call my mother she sends my a photo of her ID which is still not enough. My second trip I bring my mother with me as she needs to be physically within the store, they ask for Id she provides a electronic copy, which is still not enough she even goes further to show them her credit cards and spark account, once again is still not enough, then they come to a conclusion to book a phone call , like honestly if I can’t even get anything done inside the store what hell is a phone call gonna do.

    Terrible customer service. They promise you the world, when they sign you up for a plan and new phone, when you go back with a problem the don't want to know about it. I am now on my second Samsung fold, which has now developed the same problems the first one had, being the speakers no longer work, the screen has gone all flakey where the fold is and the fold screen is no longer working properly. I visited the store to tell them about these problems and that I wanted the phone repaired or replaced. I was advised that because I had insurance on my plan I should just claim on insurance. Something I should not have to do, because the product is faulty and should be covered under warranty. When I said this they told me it would take 4-5 weeks to have the phone assessed and they would not be able to offer me any sort of similar loan phone. If I wanted, I could go to other stores to see what loan phones they could offer. I am absolutely furious, I cannot wait to reach the end of my contract term so I can take my business (that they clearly don't want) elsewhere

    I picked a bad time to go there. The Black Caps arrived to sign autographs while I was trying to get a new phone. Let's just say I wasn't very high on the priority list - got shunted between 3 different sales people.

    All my four stars are given to Ace, not the SUPERVISOR, not anyone else. My phone was having a mysterious problem which all incoming calls were not coming through. I can make calls and send and receive texts, just no incoming calls. A new staff came to approach me first, then she took a lot of time and even brought the supervisor. The so-called supervisor assisted the new staff to give me ultimate solution which I have to pay for a SIM card replacement to solve my problem. While Ace was working next the the new staff, she stepped out and helped me to reset the SIM card in their system, at same time she even gave a brief training to the new staff how she shot the trouble and solve it, my phone just came back to alive! Before she served me, Ace had helped another customer to setup his company’s phone, which the other staff had no idea how. Ace is AWESOME AS!

    The staff is uninterested, on this Saturday -21/10 after 5pm there is no much of service provided. I have gone for 2 seperate occasions, Broadband and Mobile. But not a pleasant experience with especially Sylvia park store. I went to commercial bay and new market store, can clearly see the difference in the level of customer service and willing to be helpful. With spark for over 7 years but this is last nail in the coffin moving away from spark.

    When I arrived Ive got passed on to 3 staff telling that they are leaving soon but ended up doing themselves (smh). I arrived 5:48pm at the store and according to the mall hrs they closes at 7pm so what’s the rush? Transferring e-sim just took less then 5 min.

    New Zealand's worst company, full of lies and deception. If you log out of their account, your payment method will be locked. Makes it impossible for you to pay the last additional fee. And try to leave you bad credit, whether it is APP or online payment all show failure, you go to the store to pay, see you closed the account in the last month. Try to pay the next month's bill that was last unreasonably unused. No one will come and you will only tell you to call 0800 but you will have to wait two hours. Try everything to get you back into their account to continue using the most expensive telecommunications services in New Zealand
