WARNING! As many other people, our stay was canceled a few days before arrival. No communication from owner, 100% DO NOT BOOK. My credit card is 100% OK. NEVER AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was trying to contact this property couple of times due to unreasonable cancelation. No one picked up the phone or responded to my email. Also, I found out that everything is pre-sold on the dates I was planning to stay. In this case, I assume another visitor booked the same apartment. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this stay due to poor management.

It is a beautiful, clean apartment and a perfect location. The apartment has washing machines, a kitchen and dishes. It is fantastic for family trips. The apartment holder is kind; thank you for waiting for us to check in due to the cancelling flight. High recommend choosing this one. It is my first choice if I go to Warsaw next time.

Nice modern and newly built apartment, very clean and comfortable. There is dishwasher and machine washing inside the unit. It also has a balcony with a nice view. The only minor complaint I have is that the pillows are very big and not very much comfortable.

Apartment is fine in itself, close to centre location (£2 uber ride) and a number of great restaurants nearby (especially the steak place). Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Even plenty of parking outside and a small corner store My issue is that we arrived to the apartment around 15 minutes before check in and couldn't gain access to reception (which is fine, we were early), ended up calling number on website and speaking to a man who said someone was on the way. HOWEVER, 30 minutes past check in time and finally a member of staff arrived, around 10 people to check in so added even more time to the waiting. Not a great start. Last issue is numerous questionable stains on the sofa. Wouldn't have chose this fabric type for a sofa as stains are easy to get. Overall, average. Would stay here again if I had to.

I have stayed with GO Apartments couple of days and it was really fantastic experience. The staff is very friendly nad gave me many informations before arrival. Easy check-in at the office located at the same place as property is very convenient ! Apartment was very nice, perfect clean and very good equipped. Few steps from the apartment are located good restaurants ( especially burgers ! ) and 2 grocery shops. Location of the apartments is really good, city center but in calm area next to the undeground ! I would love to stay with GO Apartments again and recommend everyone!

Very nice and clean Appartements! I just stayed one night, but I can highly recommend this place! Staff very kind, location well positioned not too far from the city center. Bed very comfortable. Nice to have coffee and tea there. Washer-dryer very useful. Special thanks to Andrzej!

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to have a great experience in Warsaw. The location is excellent, close to the metro with plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped. It's very convenient to have the option for parking in the garage beneath the apartment. The staff at the reception are also very friendly, and the information we received in advance was detailed and helpful. The only tiny thing we have to mention is that in our apartment, the pillows on the bed were of two different sizes. One was very big, and the other was very small. It would have been nice to have one in between as well. There is some noise from construction work in the area, but this is something one must expect when living in such a newly established and modern place. We didn't have any issues with it. Apart from this, the apartment, location, and service were impeccable!

The apartment we stayed in was great. Good lighting, clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower and bath. We also got a free proseco bottle as a present for new year's eve from the management team. We got precise instructions on how to access the place and the administration team made sure to contact us to arrange everything previous to our arrival. The place was also very cosy and warm. We were more than happy with the place. It's located in a very fancy area with restaurants near by. The place is worth the price. We recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there and have a comfortable and nice place to stay. It's also close by the main rain station by food. Tram and metro stations are also near by. Everything is close by. Also the place is very quiet at night so one can sleep very peacefully till late in the morning

High quality apartments in a great location.

It is a resedential area, the company has many apartments in these buildings. There is private parking under each building. The aprtments are very well furnished. I found everything I needed: shops, restaurants, cofee bars. It is close to the train station, metro and downtown. It is a very good place to stay in Warsaw.

Minus: The reception is maybe a bit difficult to find- It was my first time in aparthotel. Plus: The apartmant is nicely furnished, full of light, and absolutely quiet. High quality furniture, lots of amenities like free tea, coffee, mineral water, high quality shampoo and handwash liquid. Pizza, suhi, delicious burgers and two shop just around the corner.

I feel like I must leave the poor reviews do to my situation. I stayed a couple of times in this apartment complex in Warsaw Design, nice and quiet area nice complex and do to lack available apartments in Warsaw Design for the date I was going to stay in Go apartments I booked the apartment for the date in August but due to all this situation COVID and the border is closed I call the Expedia and asked if they could cancel my reservation given Go Apartments 30 days notice, and believe me Expedia cancel ALL my hotels and bookings and be able to get the refund on ALL my reservations and airlines (credits)without any penalty except Go apartments due to their policy which I understand and when I was booking BUT this is NOT my fault the borders are closed and I think they should have an understanding. I feel like being cheated and hoped the person who doesn't want to understand my situation someday he will be treated like this! Personally I thank the people running businesses like this and which don't have respect for the customer should and definitely lose the customers., and for SURE I Never gone booked with them. One of the best apartment I have been in my life. Beautiful room, one of the best bathroom, big and comfortable bed. There is a dishwasher, wash machine, coffee express, tea etc. There is full blown kitchen. Big TV with a lot of channels and free fast internet access. Staff was really kind and helpful. I will definitely use their service in future again.

Little, self contained apartments with every amenity- washing machine, shower, kitchenette, dining room, bedroom sleeping 2 and even a little balcony! Good heating. Ironing facilities and a vacuum cleaner! I will come back for sure!

Good, very good. The apartment is pretty big, in a great spot, and comes with lots of useful stuff. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes everything even better. Plus, having an underground garage is a big bonus. It's part of a new, top-notch housing area with awesome restaurants nearby. You can feel safe there, and the apartment on the 5th floor has a balcony with a fantastic view, which is a nice extra touch. Lovely!
