Don't even try to explain yourself because it is below any criticism. You receive confirmation of the reservation, check-in instructions, and yet there are no keys in the box. Thank you for wasting my time trying to call you (5 times) to get help that you don't offer anyway. If you think that in such a situation, after driving 400 kilometers, the refund is the end of the matter, you are unfortunately wrong. I do not recommend it and give it -100 stars

An excellent place to stay overnight in Warsaw, there is underground parking, the room is excellent, everything is clean, tidy and in good condition. There is a mini kitchen, a refrigerator, a large balcony, essentially two rooms, a separate bedroom, and a bath. Entry by key, instructions by email, very convenient, you can come at any time without worrying that someone is not there. There is everything you need: dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, only salt was not found). The only negative I would note is the creaky bed, but in principle it didn’t bother us much, since we were tired after the road and quickly fell asleep.
