I
booked
a
room
first
for
31/01-02/02

after
a
whole
day
of
work
I
went
to
sleep,
but
in
the
morning
I
woke
up
with
a
severe
headache
and
a
rash,
I
checked
the
bed
and
it
turned
out
that
there
was
a
lot
of
hair
under
the
pillow,
the
underside
of
the
sheets
was
dirty,
which
I
immediately
reported
to
the
office.
customer
service
and
to
the
facility
and
left
the
room,
also
reporting
it
to
the
owner.
I
was
completely
ignored,
the
owner
of
the
facility
canceled
my
reservation
claiming
that
I
did
not
show
up
at
the
facility
and
probably
blocked
my
number.
Unfortunately,
I

reservation
for
next
week,
which
I
canceled,
but
no
one,

the
owner
nor
booking,
wants
to
refund
me
the
money
and
insists
that
I
reported
the
defects

late.
What
does

late
mean?
The
room
was
not
prepared
for

arrival,
