The rooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator. I really liked that the entrance to the entrance and the main door with code locks, looks reliable! The owner was in touch and answered all questions. A very small room, the price in Google varies from 185 to 250 zlotys. I made a reservation at the price of PLN 217/day. There was 1 small towel in the room. The bed was not changed, but there were sheets in the hallway, so we changed them ourselves. Toilet together with shower, everything was clean. There is also a washing machine, but it was not allowed to use it. The kitchen is clean, there are pots, spoons and forks, an electric kettle. Thank you 😍

Something terrible. Tight rooms, omnipresent stench of damp or mold, hideous and dark bathroom, dirty duvet not covered. The pillowcase was just thrown over the bed. It felt like it was used. What's worse... We found lice or bedbugs on the bed. Living, moving, bright creatures. After these observations, we immediately left the room, leaving it as we found it. I suspect that the place works great "for hours".

As for the furnishing of the room itself, as shown in the photos, these are frauds and thieves and the service is incompetent, in the middle of the night I had to go to the pharmacy to get some medicines, when I came back around 3:30 in the morning it turned out that the intercom was not working, the person responsible for the customer service number was simply she ignored me after answering my phone and learning about the matter, she simply dismissed me and stopped answering the questions, so until the morning I was left without my belongings and accommodation because I wasn't able to get into the room, and they bend the truth to get rid of the problem, they marked it on the booking through which I rented it. the room that I didn't show up to cancel the reservation and save myself problems by not being interested in the customer or anything, I get the money first and there is no option to help, best regards, I don't recommend it

There was no toilet paper upon check-in. It turned out that there was one bathroom for 4 rooms, about 8 people, a curtain rod with a curtain in the room (the room is a room with a plasterboard partition), the curtain rod with a curtain was sagging, there was dirt under the bed for many weeks (there is a photo). The washing machine is locked!!!! For extra charge!!!! Everything was done through booking. I contacted the hostel representative, the paper appeared, but I was asked to find another place, and they would return my money back, this evening!!! When the logistics and plans are already in place. Refused. In the morning, I discovered in a message from a representative of the hostel that I had not checked in!!!! They indicated this, the message with the code for the intercom and the electronic lock to the front door disappeared, and I am a smoker and how would I have entered, I was not used to such rudeness. Ugh! No compensation. They do not post truthful information about themselves, only in general terms. The bathroom combined with a shower cubicle is one meter by one metre, there is a queue when leaving for the bathroom!!! And look how cleverly they manipulate, answering only part of the review, and avoid answering the rest. They indicated that I didn’t stop by) they are afraid of booking, but have no conscience at all. Provide real information that this is an apartment for 8 people with one bathroom, and not a hostel with several toilets and several showers. And in the kitchen there is no tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cookies, like in HOSTELS!!!!!

I do not recommend it and avoid it at all costs I booked a room first for 31/01-02/02 - after a whole day of work I went to sleep, but in the morning I woke up with a severe headache and a rash, I checked the bed and it turned out that there was a lot of hair under the pillow, the underside of the sheets was dirty, which I immediately reported to the office. customer service and to the facility and left the room, also reporting it to the owner. I was completely ignored, the owner of the facility canceled my reservation claiming that I did not show up at the facility and probably blocked my number. Unfortunately, I also had a reservation for next week, which I canceled, but no one, neither the owner nor booking, wants to refund me the money and insists that I reported the defects too late. What does too late mean? The room was not prepared for my arrival, although I had confirmation of check-in more than a week earlier. Pathetic... This is pure fraud, avoid this place, I will only talk to the owner through my lawyer

I do not recommend it, I tried to call them for several hours, without success. I didn't receive the code to enter the room, so all our plans were ruined because I couldn't put my things away in the apartment. Nice room, ok location, easy to get everywhere. But this communication with customers is terrible.

It turned out that my room was already rented, and at 11 p.m. two foreign guests knocked on the door and told me this was their room... we had the same reservation for the same room. The owner suggested another one 3 km away, but I wanted a refund, so at 11:30 p.m., exhausted after a long bicycle trip, I ended up on the street... I do not recommend !!!

I do not recommend!! 4 days before departure my reservation was canceled without any reason. no response to emails. when I called the facility to ask why the reservation was canceled, the gentleman with a Russian accent hung up on me and blocked my phone number. When I tried to call from another number, the same thing happened immediately after presenting the case. number blocking. so 4 days before arrival I was left without accommodation. I don't recommend it to anyone. giving a wide berth.

It turned out that this was not a full-sized apartment, where the room included a kitchen and so on. This is a hostel! Where in the apartment besides you there are 3 more rooms in which people live! That's horrible!!! Shared bathroom, kitchen. Among the amenities in the room are a greasy towel, a dirty closet and unused bed sheets. When we arrived there, we immediately called the owner and said that we did not intend to stay there. He canceled the trip and took the money into his account! Fraud.

I don't know why there are so many negative opinions about the hostel. For us it was very fine, cleanliness of the entire facility, close to the center - clearly the price was adequate to the location. The owner was also easy and quick to get along with. There was a problem during our visit and it was solved very quickly. I believe that the facility is worth recommending. We were satisfied.

I definitely do not recommend it, we have been calling for several hours, no contact, the phone is switched off.
