    My journey started in a different clinic, when I was prescribed to do an x-ray on my foot (after the consultation with a required doctor). Registration lady told me, that they can perform an x-ray only after the consultation with their doctor. Okay, -70eur for a doctor that asked me what’s up and had one look. Same hour I have been sent for an x-ray, -another 30-50eur. Next day I get to my doctor and he says that it is a wrong type of x-ray. Well, great. The fun starts next - I am told that the surgery will be performed in the Northway clinic as well (at the time I was happy, but it keeps going). I have been informed, that the surgery will cost about 70-80 eur + blood tests and PCR. Ok, sounds like a 200 eur deal… but … Right after the surgery I have been told that the insurance company did not yet agree to pay for it, so I ask - What’s the price? - We can not tell you right now. (what?) Okay. Next day, I am coming to change my bandages, sitting in the room I have been instructed to sit - after 40 min of waiting I started to look for ANYONE to assist me. Found a nurse, which said that she was not informed about me coming or anything… Well, great. Bandages changed and I ask - when is the next time? - Never, in 2 weeks come to remove stitches (?????) Can do bandage changes at home if too much blood comes, she says. Amazing, just amazing. I guess it would be great, if that would be it, but no. On the day of the stitches removal I come there at 10:30 (informed to come at 10:40), waiting for 45 minutes and finally they tell me the reason (the doctor is on the planned surgery till 12:20…). PLANNED SURGERY, so I ask them, why did not you can me telling that I will not be attended on time - no answer. The same moment I have realised, that I do not have any more time to waste and had to leave. So my stitches have been removed in a governmental hospital. Oh, and yes, my insurance informed me, that they were charged with 450eur bill.

    They lack quality customer service. The cashier lady has a very rude attitude and seemed very angry all the time. I would like to add other details that I didn't like in general but I don't know if this will help, because I see in the comments that people have been complaining about the same thing for a long time and nothing has changed. To summarize I did NOT leave satisfied from there.

    For every continuous visit you'll pay standard price. Also, every additional check, use of tools will cost extra. The price for checks are the biggest I saw in Vilnius. I managed to pay 250€ for one appointment to immunologist. I asked for a visit summary and it had more tests that the doctor actually made (breathing checks, blood pressure, lung capacity tests written). Go there only if you know the doctor is worth it :)

    Just want to inform everyone,who is choosing this clinic,but doesn't know any recommendations for the specialist to choose, which I did myself. I got booked for an consultation with Dr Deividas Narmontas, and I would say I got short 3min experience where I was 'politely' ashamed that I even came with this concern in there, and the comments on that was choking for me. The doctor was arrogant and didn't try to communicate with me at all. Luckily I had booked another service with a scan for another specialist Rasa Augustiniene, and I'm so happy that I went there because the lady was so informative, concerned about my issues and polite. So if someone is coming here for the service and looking for a decent professional, be aware of what you're choosing!

Kas nori pajausti ką reiškė gulėti ligoninėj sovietmečiu ar dar ankščiau, patirtis garantuota.

    They only care about taking money. I came for sick leave for cold/flu consultation they done not needed blood tests spent nearly 200 euro for 20 mins. Good that I paid with Compensa, but as long they find out that you have insurance they will try to charge as much as possible.

    Do not recommend. My husband needed to see LOR doctor (he met dr Sruogiene). This doctor did not communicate or explained what she was doing, did not want to answer questions, for example, when asked what test is she performing she answered 'I will write everything', however we received a piece of paper with few graphs, no explanation and just few handwritten notes.. It was also huge inconvenience when doctor told us to come to Santariskes hospital for the tests. We thought that such clinic as Northway has equipment to perform necessary checks. We were paying customers and at no point it was explained what we are paying for, just some codes on a piece of paper, so I'm not sure what I paid for and how much I was charged for the tests. Also it was noted that doctor speaks English when in actual fact I needed to translate everything. Very bad experience visiting Northway for the first time, would not go back there.

    I had many visits to the Northway for the past 2 years (for the teeth / leg problem) and all of them gave me positive emotions (as much positive, as visits to a doctor could be) and inspires me to suggest this place to my friends as a trusted one. The prices I checked before my visits, so I had no surprises with costs as some people experienced, according to reviews (actually, otherwise, it took even less for my wisdom teeth removal - as I expected 40-50 eur more). Doctors each my visit were friendly, proffessional, also as administration workers.

    The service is terrible! I went to the clinic to check the tick for encephalitis. They promised to give me the result in 2 days by email. But after 1 week is still didn’t get it. When I called to call centre they said that they don’t have my email 🙄 I’m sure they have but anyway, they asked me to send them my email adrenal again. I did it in the same minute… and after 1 day I’m still waiting. Just wondering , why should I pay for money for such a bad service?

    A traumatizing visit for both us, parents, and our 6 months baby. Allergologist was great, no issues with competence. But the women from the procedure room shocked us beyond our imaginations. We had to get two blood samples for two tests. There were 2 women to take blood from our baby. A red flag was when they couldn't agree who would do the procedure - "you do it", "no, maybe you could?"... One of the women was holding the left arm until it turned blue, the other - was trying to find the vein unsuccessfully for around 3 minutes. She slowly punctured the skin and without success - was moving the needle around inside our baby's arm. Then she pulled out the needle and put it back in the same hole (not sure if that is even safe). After successfully finding the vein, we needed two samples for two tests. After the first one was filled, the blood for the other one wasn't running. So they decided to do the same, only with another hand. Same story there - the arm turned blue from the pressure, unsuccessful punctures to find the vein until we asked to stop and went out to find their manager/director. "It is really sad that this happened to you" won't delete this from our memory as this was one of the most shocking experiences any parent could possibly imagine.

    All the staff speaks English, Russian or both which makes the experience extremely smooth. I have never experienced so much kindness and care from medical professionals as in Northway, let it be a generalist, a specialised doctor, or nurses. It really positively affected my general approach to health.

    I’ve never seen this bad service even in free healthcare clinics. I registered for a healthcare program, I got a doctor assigned, came to visit, I’ve been told that they reassigned me to another doctor at another time and forgot to tell me. Okay, I go to the new doctor, she does not provide even basic care. No labs / tests that are mandatory by LT healthcare laws. Spends minimal time with me and just writes checks. Useless company.

    Horrible. Understaffed, the building is in disrepair, especially the emergency unit - the people at the ER registration are just straight up mean and will not hesitate to yell at you. Also saw a janitor dragging a big ol' garbage bag straight from the isolation room used for (presumably) Covid patients right into the procedure room. That can't be right.

So all in all for simple check i have payed 141 eur and i am still shocked definitely would not recommend. But good news is that when i asked to pay me back part of sum, they recognized their mistake and returned me 76 eur, so you just need to ask everytime what are prices and what procedures you will have.
