Not bad, but you have to push a staff to get proper treatment

When the ambulance was called, the staff simply did not examine the patient and already wrote their own diagnosis. Very rude and really not good at dealing with people, even the police officers got into an argument with the emergency workers. They even threatened the social services, even though the woman is an adult. More politeness, understanding and good communication manners are needed. I would rate 0 , but since that is not possible I will give the lowest score 1. The first time with the Vilnius Express and the first disappointment. I don't even want to go to Vilnius any more.

Waited for 3 hours to do the check. The wait time here is always so long, they would definitely need to hire more staff especially in winter time. Not even mention that this is EMERGENCY HELP POINT and people come here injured or in a very bad pain and they have to wait this long! Highly disappointed.

Called, no answer. It is not emergency service.

Went with stomach pains, had a really good experience. Everyone was super nice, did a variety of tests to determine what's wrong. Didn't have to wait too long, came at ~23:00 and left around 2:20. 5/5, would recommend.

When I arrived at the emergency department with severe throat and ear pain, I received a question from Otorhinolaryngologist Rimvydas Toločka, why did you come here at night or what did you see for how many hours. And I always asked the same question, I understand that this kind of work is difficult, but is it so difficult to remain polite and why on earth do I pay taxes to her and I have to listen to the doctor's dissatisfaction. I'm sorry for where compassion for others and professionalism has disappeared in our country. It feels like I'm not sleeping, but, unfortunately, that's your job. I hate this hospital.

Came with huge fever and enormous stomach pain, administrator said that doctor will come and take a look of my condition. After 15 min I came to same administrator, and she said that no one is planing to come, because this is department of traumatology. So at the peak of weakness, when it was even hard to catch up, they even not asked about my condition and sternly ordered to evacuate to another department.

Good afternoon, I would like to thank the reception staff for their speed and promptness in arranging assistance for me on 12/01/2024. 4 pm because I broke my arm yesterday. Extraordinary care was provided by the team of traumatologists in room 47, and the team of radiologists in room 44 worked professionally.
