Folk , they are just out after your money please please please be very careful with them. never recommended for medicine studies. very unprofessional management at their faculty of Medicine!! the coordinator can hardly understand English language. one can don't play with your future by applying at this University specifically if you are planing to study medical.

Vilnius University in Lithuania Visited on 1/10/19 Vilnius University is the oldest university in the Baltic states, and one of the oldest and most famous in Northern Europe. The university has been known by many names during its history, and it is by the present name Vilrius University since 1990. Our tour group does not come here to enquire about the courses offered by the university, but to admire the architecture, the church, and the decorative vaulted ceiling. We enter to the Old Campus from the the open Library Courtyard. From this courtyard, among other things, the Observatory Tower can be seen. On the spire of the Observatory Tower, the Jesuit university founders placed an IHS monogram of Jesus. At the Centre of Lithuanian Studies is the fresco The Seasons of the Year (painted in 1976-1984) with motifs from Baltic mythology, painted by Petras Repšys.

There is a fee to tour the university and additional fee to go up the bell tower but worth it in my opinion.

The complex is really impressive and has several yards with impressive architecture. It is ideal to have a quiet walk away from the crowded old town, the entrance for individuals is free.

Vilnius University is one of most visited tourist attractions in town. It consists of number of courts each beautiful in its own. Main court is paved with cobblestones and surrounded by gallery and as main point is St. Jones church and belfry.

The building of the former Vilnius Academy created by Polish Jesuits, with Piotr Skarga as the first rector. For hundreds of years, the school was a Polish scientific center in Polonized and then Polish Vilnius until 1939. Today's Lithuanian authorities are rewriting the history of the city (false). In the courtyard they placed plaques with Lithuanian deception of the names and surnames of Polish rectors, suggesting to tourists that they were Lithuanians. This is immoral.

I applied as an international student. Had paid 100 euros via bank transfer and had provided proof of payment. Vilnius university said they never received any money whereas my bank said the money was clearly deducted Furthermore, they never replied to my application, they did not even inform whether i got admission or not - just straight up ghosted me. I tried to follow them up with e-mails to which they said it takes 40 days to process an application and after a point they just stopped replying to the emails. 40 days later i try logging in to my student portal and the portal doesn't exist. I got admission in France and probably will never look to go to Lithuania anytime soon as this is an impression on the work ethic over there.

(Translated by Google) Entrance cost 1.5 euros. They gave us a prospectus with places for viewing (courtyards, Cathedral, library) It is believed that the university was opened in 1579 when the Jesuit College, which has existed since 1570, was transformed and renamed a higher educational institution. But in 1773, the Jesuit Order suspended its operation, and the university passed into the hands of secular authorities. In 1832, Tsar Nicholas I ordered the university to be closed, considering the educational institution to be the center of revolutionary sentiments and the epicenter of dangerous free thought. Almost a hundred years passed, and only in 1919 did the university resume its work again. I liked and remembered the most - the library. But some rooms were very perplexing ...

(Translated by Google) Great. Only the indoor spaces could be used more to promote the use of ecological transport by visitors and employees - more stands and places have been installed to leave bicycles and scooters. (Original) Puikiai. Galėtų tik vidinės erdvės būti labiau panaudotos skatinant lankytojų ir darbuotojų naudojimąsi ekologišku transportu - įrengta daugiau stovų ir vietų palikti dviračiams, paspirtukams.

Vilnius University is one of the oldest universities in Eastern Europe, with exquisite relief art, towering ancient trees, attracting many tourists. You need to buy tickets to enter the University. Here you can not only visit the campus, but also visit the Church of St. John and the bell tower inside the University.

To yon bazaar frequented oft I went, And, lo, each visit brought experience dire. Forsooth, the knaves employed therein, lament, With callous tongues did fling their scornful ire. These churls uncouth, as brutes they did behave, Insults upon mine honour they did heap. Their conduct did disquiet and deprave, And render me, a patron, woe and weep. I do entreat the inn's high management, Attend, and lend thine ear unto my plea. Take heed, impart to these unlearned gent, The art of service, and civility. For if these wrongs persist without amends, I fear this house of trade shall meet its end.
