Altough Senukai fully renovated the shop itself and now it shines bright ike a diamond, that could not be said about service organization. In order to get an invoice for some stickers I have been waiting at the Info desk for like 20 min. There were only 3 customers before me in a row. Sadly no clear customers queue system or what ever to speed it up and sharpen user experience.

It’s good shop but it’s goofy to see a opened hot wheels carton (the car inside is stolen) being glued together with tape. Why not just throw it away?

Easy to buy online and get the package inside the store. There is a separate door for online orders. The store itself is huge, and offers a lot of professional tools and construction materials. Personally I like it. But it's more expensive than DEPO.

A nice store with good set of equipment to offer. One can always get amazed with variety and offers.

When ordering on the website everything is fine, then they write that this product is not in stock and they cannot replace it. But if you don't buy online everything is fine, there is a large selection, prices are below average.

Went there to get a UK-EU socket adapter. Paid almost €7, very annoyed with myself, because I own around 5 of them, but forgot to take any! Anyway, I love every visit here, as a tourist in my own country, because I love browsing through different variety of products here.

Selection is OK, but pricing heavily depends on their loyalty program (and it always sucks, because best loyalty program is just fair prices always and for everything). Shop navigation is also terrible, I never find anything I need without consultant's help, if it is less than elephant-sized.

This 2-level Senukai is a homeowner/handyman delight. It's springtime marketing now in late January with more than 30 lawnmowers on display and at least 300 seed packets Wow! What an inventory! Ample parking and lots of in-store help.

The single best feature is the tasty snack/food stand out front

Very poor customer service. Only one member of staff was serving on the second floor in electronics area. We were waiting for over 20 minutes to be seen and then left without making any purchase

Poor customer service, bad return policy, long delivery time. Take a page out of leading stores' books.

Everything DIY you can imagine, and pretty unique, you can buy some nails and screws by the piece, just like in the good old times, although this was recently changed, you now need to buy at least 40 grams of whatever you're buying.

Communication and quality of service and products are worst. New Roborock S7 was damaged. Need a lot of energy and time to prove the right for a money return process..

Cyclists beware! They managed to sell me a bike with a bent fork drop end. No return or refund due to their silly returns policy.
