I would give a 0 if possible. We arrived in Malta at the port by 1pm and we had til night tl enjoy the place. We took the sightseeing and when leavin the bus driver said last bus is 3h15pm that was very frustrating because we had to rush our stop to take the last bus, we changed to blue line to see more of the beaches. The driver was rude, had a few arguments on traffic, there was a place the bus couldn't go up the road and he made us go down the bus, we had to go back and lost our good seats. After that we spent hours on traffic and took us forever to go back to port. Never again, they were never clear about bus timing, buses were old, driver was rude. Waste of money.

Busses don't show up or are very late. Too few buses leads to long queues and passengers getting left behind at the bus stop and then you have to wait an hour. Sometimes bus stops are also hard to find. Just take public transport it's cheaper and more reliable

STAY AWAY! Honestly i wish I had read the reviews before I bought the ticker. Complete and utter chaos at Sliema ferries as there is absolutely no queue management. The girl in the information box was much nicer and atleast sympathized. Take other local tour company

It's the worst scam! Don't buy them, better get a taxi to take you to the center.

Try a different tour bus group instead of this company in Malta, see the CONS below. I've used them in other countries fine. The franchise owners need help from head office, surely a positive experience will only drive revenue and will be good for all. PROS: If time is limited and you ONLY want to visually see half the country, then 15 Euros for 3 hours North Route, same for South route, is a bargain. But if you get off, be prepared to wait 1hr for the next bus or not at all. Meaning, have spare cash handy to catch a normal bus, quite cheap, or taxi. CONS: Audio Commentary in English via earphones pretty much nonexistent. I learnt nothing about 80% of the places it went past - there was no pre-recorded commentary and not even lame on hold music - nothing, just sweet golden silence. The head office seriously needs to revamp the audio and add LOTS of commentary along the route with music inbetween. It's not a difficult thing to do. I could do it!!! I ended up googling all info via google maps etc when I could. Malta is a lovely country. The staff were friendly enough. Please fix the audio.

Do not do it. Take a taxi but don't do it. It's an amazing waste of time. In winter and you wait 30 minutes at each stop. The worst of malt

Big tourist scam. Absolutely avoid. They do not transmit any information, do not answer questions. The stops are incorrect or not indicated and there is no timetable.

Lack of clarity in the information, not able to communicate the exact address of the bus stops, which we ended up finding ourselves by searching for a long time on the site. The salesperson who sold us the Heritage pass advised us to go to Vittoriosa to see the Palace on Monday even though it was closed that day. She told us that one hour at this stop (Vittoriosa) was sufficient, whereas you need at least 3. Plus she gives the explanations so quickly that you end up getting confused!!! Bus late by more than 25 minutes which disrupts the schedule. Explanations given on the bus, simple and extremely rare... knowing that a journey can take more than an hour, they could embellish it with stories and information of all kinds! Bus passages too infrequent. And finally the bus schedule at the end of the day is too early, which does not allow us to take advantage of it... we find ourselves having to take a local bus or a taxi to return. In short, it's far from being a good deal, unless you stay on the bus for the whole tour!!!!

Very bad. Excessive prices for what you get. Extremely overcrowded buses. Audio guide is only partially available and if so, then only briefly and superficially, around 10% of the journey time. Only one route is offered per day, either north or south. The bus runs once an hour and 6 times a day. The buses are in a dilapidated condition and can barely get up a hill.

Good tour of Malta over a span of 2 days. The tour sales team recommended that we take the bus at 9 to get on the harbour cruise by 10:30 but the bus was extra crowded that we were fully packed and standing downstairs. I recommend that you start the tour at 8 instead and rest in between and have a drink at one of the cafes next to the cruise starting point. I used City Sightseeing tours in many cities but the one in Malta is one of the worst tours I tried with them as their buses are not well maintained, seat belts are not working and I actually fell down my seat and hit my head when the bus was turning, there is barely any commentary, the headphones actually barely work, and the buses were overcrowded.

ATTENTION - SCAM Timetable purely theoritical. You pay to wait all day, buses don't come at time or not at all. Be prepared to wait sometimes 2 hours before you see a bus where you can get in (private charters enough of this company).

This is probably the best way to see the island of Malta as the City Sightseeing tour has two routes, north and south. Each route takes about 2 hours and you are taken to the best tourists places on the island. There is a printed map for both routes along with a comprehensive time table, so you should never miss a bus if you get off. The commentary is a bit dated but the trips are definitely well worth the money.

Buses: Old, slow, unclean, no A/C Staff: not motivated, driver skips bus stops Audio Guide: barely existent, very bland The whole ride took ages, way slower and more tedious compared to the public transport. There was an unannounced stop where the conductor walked through. 15min in bright hot sun without any prior announcement or ventilation. I thought the reason for the stop was a defective bus. It was so bad that I changed over to the public transport, even though I had to buy another ticket. Avoid at all cost. I wish I would have read the past reviews before spending way to much on this horrible service.

I should have read the reviews before wasting €40 in booking tickets for South! This is a total waste of our money as we booked to see South and end up in North! When asked the Driver why we are going North, he could not speak a single word of English! We have been offered a complementary tickets for next day, but next day after an hour waiting in hotel lobby, bus turned up full and expected us with a four month old baby to stand! Not sure of they understand basic safety. Maltese are fully commercially aware therefore if traveling with baby avoid them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never normally post negative reviews but this was so bad it warrants it. A complete waste of time and money, we waited over two hours for a bus that never turned up, being told ‘it will be here in 15 minutes’ the whole time. Tried to get a refund and we were told to email. Tried phoning and kept getting cut off. Our whole morning wasted and no money back as yet. A shame as we’ve used the company in other countries and not had a problem, but judging by the other bad reviews they have a real problem in Malta.

Bought a ticket to Comino and in the informatio I got (also in the flyer provided) was that we would take a catamaran to the island and the boat would take around 1:30h to get there, we would come back to Sliema at 17:30h on the latest boat. On the last minute they changed the boat for a smaller and slower one (with a horrible swing during the whole way). It took 3h to get to Comino and when we arrived there they told us the boat was going to leave at 16h. So, instead of a nice trip and 6h in Comino island (offered by the company), we got a horrible trip and ONLY 3h on the island!!!! It was disrespectful and a waste of money! I felt harmed and lost one whole day of my holidays on this shameful tour.

Dirty, broken busses. If it is raining, the water will stream from the ceiling onto the seats. Spend your money somewhere else.

Buses only come every hour and stop doing the full route in the afternoon. Bus was late from Mdina and crowded.

We had some concerns after reading the (lot of) negative reviewes, but since the ride was included in the Meep Explore Plus card, we took the North route anyway. We did not use it in the “hop-on hop-off” way, instead we took a full round (3.5h) to see the island and select the places we’d like to go back another day. For this goal, the bus was very good! Conclusion: 1/h bus frequency is very low, in high season there’s good chance not to get seat. Also, if you get off, you may not find seat at next bus, which may be a terrible experience we didn’t risk... If you’re lucky and get a nice seat on upper deck you’ll have a nice time, at least we had. Does it worth 20€/person? No Should you choose it with Meep card if the boat also available? No (But for us, boat didn’t operate in Jan)

If bus is crowded it won't stop in the stopping, otherwise great. Covered more area.it has two routes south route n north route. They maintain the timing in each stop. Great
