Easily the best sushi in Warsaw, possibly the best sushi in Europe and very authentic quality for Japanese food! The service was exceptional, polite, professional, fast and accommodating. Arrival at the restaurant is easy with ample parking reserved for Shiso customers. Prices are great especially for the quality of food - high value. Portions are generous, filled with fresh ingredients and well planned flavour combinations to cover the umami spectrum. The chefs are knowledgeable and sociable, clearly experienced and well trained. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements can be catered for. The decor is typical Japanese minimalist, with a cosy but modern feel. Two fantastic ideas are the bonsai trees for decor but more impressively the counter-kitchen where you can see the preparation. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Don't think about it, just go and try it!
