My recent visit to the clinic was an incredibly positive experience. Despite the fact that the clinic was closing in 15 minutes, I was warmly accommodated for my appointment. Thanks to the exceptional care of the dentist, my toothache just few moments after. The staff was not only professional but also very empathetic. It's worth noting that my previous visit was not the best, but I'm glad to know that the person responsible for that is no longer working at the clinic. I am very satisfied with the entire course of my recent visit and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you for the outstanding care!

I always had reservations about visiting the dentist, but a visit to Mrs. Agnieszka Mazurek changed my smile, as she discussed the entire treatment plan with me in detail. I would highly recommend!!! Today I came back again, this time with my daughter. I am very pleased that the whole family is now being treated by Doctor Mazurek

This clinic is amazing! I had just few days in Warsaw and my case was urgent, so despite the schedule was pretty busy, they managed to make an appointment for a consultation at least, and followed by treatment later on. Special thanks to doctor Tetyana Ivashchenko and doctor Agniezka and Natalia. These doctors did amazing job within very tight schedule I had. The receptionist was very helpful, I asked to print out and fill up some documents to claim for reimbursement for insurance company and received all necessary paperwork via email same day. Dentalook is definitely one of the dental clinics I will keep in mind in case if I’m in Warsaw. The treatment is magnificent and prices are fare.

Orthodontist and staff was professional and accommodating. They are also very fluent in English. I had a pleasant experience here.

Amazing job with wisdom tooth, 5 stars ! Great stuff

I contacted dentalook for urgent need of extraction of wisdom tooth (nr.8) that was terrible painful from the night before. Hearing my problem they managed to give me an appointment asap in between other patients. The extraction was done professionally (dr. Jakub), thank you. I can highly reccomend this clinic.

I am giving feedback for my experience from a few weeks ago cause forgot to add it. Doctor Irina is exceptionally good, really nice and I would recommend her to anyone, as I would recommend the clinic. However -1 point for incredibly rude receptionist, who I suspect to be rude to me just because I'm Ukrainian(she was perfectly nice to another client), which is not cool, I did not deserve that rude attitude at all

I had bonding done at Dr. Mazurek's clinic. I am very pleased . Nice doctor, empathetic, competent and precise. My opinion is so reliable that I deliberately post it after about a year - the bonding is still there and everything is perfectly fine :). I'm definitely going to come back :)

The visit with Mrs. Magda (if I remembered the name correctly 😅) exceeded my expectations - professionalism combined with a warm approach made my fears of the dentist disappear. Each stage of the procedure was thoroughly explained, and the treatment was painless and effective. Mrs. Magda took care of my comfort and informed me about my progress, which significantly increased my sense of security. These are my next visits to Dentalook, so I highly recommend it 👍🏻

I can’t recommend endodontic treatment! I used to be a loyal customer of this clinic and always fixed my teeth there. Unfortunately, in July I had to undergo canal treatment (leczenie kanałowe) that was totally unsuccessful. It was done without a microscope, and the doctor missed one root canal. I had 4 canals in my tooth and only 3 were filled by the doctor. My concerns about the quality of the treatment without using the microscope were ignored. As a result, after a month, I got a horrible toothache again and had to treat my tooth in another clinic where the 4th canal was finally revealed. Unfortunately, it was too late to save the tooth due to the severe inflammation process😢 I spent around 1500zł on a totally unsuccessful treatment (including 150zł for a temporary filling that had to be replaced because of the doctor’s mistake) and suffered a lot of pain. That was a disaster

I have been a patient of Dr. Mazurek for several years and honestly, I do not intend to change that. A great doctor and that's exactly what we need! Every visit is a pleasure (even though some of us may not like it), always painless and professional! Thoughtful and effective treatment!

These people were not able to properly glue back the dental crown, which is the basic easiest dental procedure. First they glued it on and when they realised it’s not been properly seated they very persistently tried to take it off on a living tooth! And the doctor who says that all teeth under crowns should be dead should be avoided by all means. Terrible experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend the office. Mrs. Agnieszka and the entire team provide services at the highest level! :)

My own experience with this clinic was really good. I have been there three times, and all went well and smooth. Very clean clinic, professional and kind staff. Dentist Tatianna was really kind, smiling and explaining everything patiently. The staff speaks English.

The best staff I have ever dealt with. Very nice service, great specialists and healthy teeth for a long time. I highly recommend it!
