I have been staying at Suwak 11 for the last 1.5 years. The premises is clean and well maintained. Any issues are addressed quickly by the efficient team. From my first meeting with Ms. Dagmara to enquire about the place to this day, she has been very helpful.When I needed some additional documents to be submitted for official purposes, she ensured I had it as soon as possible. A big thank you to her and the entire R4R team for making my stay pleasant.

I'm writing this review after some time since I left. I can certainly say that I had a great time in Resi4Rent - Suwak 11. The condominium is masterfully managed. The kindness, courtesy, availability of the staff (led by the wonderful Mrs. Dagmara) is exemplary and, for someone like me, who had recently moved from another country, it was comforting to know that I could count on them; to have a prompt response to any request. As I was saying, I had just moved from another country and, for my first accommodation, I couldn't ask for anything better. It is not, it was not at all easy, to find other solutions and Resi4Rent gave me the opportunity to face my new adventure with the greatest possible serenity. I don't want to exaggerate, They are not certainly a charity, but what I felt that year is equally true: serenity, stability, HOME. Their idea of ​​frequently organizing events involving tenants is also amazing. But for the sake of truth and honesty, I also have to talk about what, in my opinion, works less: I risked having a heart attack several times due to the fire alarm going off a little too often (😅); The price objectively high, taking into account the size of the apartment; the contract, maybe, overly complex. However, everything is written down, no surprises. I accepted the conditions that Resi4Rent had, has every right to impose, as I had every right to accept or refuse. Maybe, as I said, I didn't have much choice but it wouldn't be a problem to go back tomorrow morning if I needed to. Overall, I highly recommend it. For those interested in the public transport issue, there are bus, tram and train stops just a few minutes away.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and its has been a wonderful experience, the neighbors are friendly and polite, and the best part are the ladies that work in the office, Dagmara, Karolina and emilia, they are the sweetest and most helpful, they never made me feel like a burden, anything I need they fix :)

So sad to move out! Love this apartment very much for it’s sunny windows and nice views. Great find for the price, as it’s located very closely to Mokotow shopping center and has a bunch of awesome restaurants all around. People at help deck were always happy to help with any questions, and it’s easy to apply for a fix trough mobile app.

Nice people work there, everything in general is really fine One thing to be aware of - I've lived for a one year and I can tell that ventilation within a kitchen works as not appropriate. Smell of food gets really huge all over the appartment when some neighbour(from above) cooks. Kitchen extractor hood does not help at all

All good experiences end when the apartment is handed over. They are desperately looking for something so that they can deduct the deposit. Even though the apartment was dirty and dusty when I started moving in (I didn't make a problem of it, I cleaned it myself), there was no shower head, which I had to remind about twice, when I leave they require the apartment to be sparkling clean (including the removal of sofas and all the furniture). ). I have rented many apartments, but this was the first time I encountered such perfidious behavior. Please be careful.
