Ukrainian staff are often impolite and unhurried. This spoils the impression of a good cafe.

i went to this cafe around 20.00, and very rudely he told me that we are closing it at 21.00. I would say very bad behaviour by the guy on counter. The guy was not polite at all, we have ordered few things and he missed one because he was in so much hurry to say that cafe is going to close in one hour. You can not treat foreigners so badly, if we are paying we don't expect this kind of behaviour. If cafe is going to close at 9pm then they started cleaning around 8.18 pm. Don't you think it has to be after closing times!! (Hope you get what i meant)🙏

0 service by staff(specialy the guy ) Coffee was so pathetic, so strong... Reply for your response: definitely we will finish food because we paid for food. I don't believe in throwing food. Rather then enhancing customer service you are defending mistakes of your staff(guy)

Bardzo polecam te miejsce. Zawsze pyszna kawa i jedzenie. Ale dzisiaj piłem lemoniadę, i zjadłem kanapkę z łososiem. Super i miła obsługa)))
