I walked in last night and heard the most horrendous explicit rap that no one in their sane mind should ever play in a public place. I did check the shoes out but the selection wasn’t that impressive.

Been wanting to check this place out for weeks now and finally made it. It has the clean sneaker shop , top tier vine and layout. They had a nice selection, only issue was that i already had everything I liked in there haha but my friend got some exclusives so it wasn't for nothing. Love the fact that Euro kick shops will always have something you won't find in the States. Not sure what next door was exactly, but they're branded the same name WSS, but they had all the high end kicks. Def wish I was more prepared I wanted those Bapestas 😈 Whenever I'm in town this will be a must to stop by

They are scammers do not buy from this store if you value your time, money, and sanity. I have returned a pair of shoes due to wrong size and I've been patiently waiting for a refund for 40 days now, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite sending several emails, all I get in return is a generic response claiming they haven't received it yet. What's even more frustrating is their refusal to provide an actual AWB for tracking. This isn't an isolated incident, just check further negative reviews and you`ll see that I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to their dubious practices. Many others have reported similar issues, and it's disheartening to realize that so many people have been scammed by this store. Also don't be fooled if the so-called owner responds to this review, promising to do everything to return your money. It's nothing more than a facade. I've sent numerous emails, and the promises of resolution have proven to be empty. My advice is to steer clear of warsaw sneaker store. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and potential loss of money. Read other reviews and you'll see that my experience is unfortunately not unique. It's a shame that a business can operate with such disregard for its customers. I`m transfering the case to ECC (European Consumer Center for consumer protection) to solve it, if you have any issues with them and you are in EU, Island, Norway or GB, I strongly advise everyone to do the same!

Terrible online shopping experience with this store. Ordered three pairs of shoes; one was defective, and another had unclear gender specifications. Tried contacting customer service through emails and calls, but received no response. The local store was unhelpful and disconnected the call. Extremely disappointed and will never shop there again. Avoid this store!

Today I was at the offline shop. I wanted to try a couple of tees and one skirt. I said that I wanted to take the shirt that I had tried and also there were some other pieces which I wanted to see. I found those pieces by myself (because the guy wasn’t looking courageous to help me with them) via the digital board and asked the guy to bring me them. He returned with one skirt instead of two. Why? Because, as he said, there are too many garments. I said: “Can you look again?” He answered: “There are so many packages; it will take so much time to find the skirt.” I wonder why you guys are there if you can’t help the customer to buy that clothes? I saw on your site that you have three pieces of that skirt in size L. Three! Why couldn't you find at least one? I had never experienced such strange and non-loyal behavior in any country. Honestly, why do you work there? Because you can get access to limited drops? Such a disappointment. If the owner of this shop can read the reviews: please, educate your staff about loyalty and customer service because mine sounds like a joke about a pretentious Prada shop, not a sneaker store where you expect lovely and friendly service.

I am waiting for over a month for a refund! I contacted them 3 times to tell me where is my package with refund and they never comeback with an answer. Very unprofessional, i will never order from them in the future.

Unfortunately I can only join the many negative reviews, terrible shopping experience, with an even worse customer service. I should have read the reviews before buying (big mistake!), sent a jacket back, but never received a refund for it. They should change their name to Warsaw Scam Store that would be more accurate.

Ordered a pair of shoes on Nov. 30th, today is 3rd of January 2024, never received them! Paid 179 Euros for nothing! Worst experience ever,also their customer service is a joke, avoid these scammers look somewhere else !!!!
