I have an extremely (!) positive experience in the clinic itself: a polite, friendly administrator, the presence of disposable brushes in the toilet room, the space is clean and beautiful. Dental surgeon Stanislav is a special love: during the appointment he told me what would happen and how it would feel, he encouraged and praised me, a very humane and sympathetic doctor. But still, there are two points that confused me 1. Despite the fact that the content in the dentistry account is in Russian, the information on the facade of the clinic is in Russian, and it would seem that there are no problems with the Russian language, the direct messages are answered in Ukrainian. I understand information from context, but not 100%. I’m not your enemy, just because I speak Russian 🙏🏻 For me, this is a minus for customer focus 2. I was not prepared for the fact that in addition to the appointment itself there would also be a difficult rehabilitation period. It would be great if I was warned in advance what might be waiting for me - not necessarily a doctor, maybe just a reminder. I wish the clinic only prosperity and success, thank you ♥️

Yesterday I had an appointment with a dentist. I had an emergency with my tooth and needed it done as soon as possible 😅 On the phone, the girl made an appointment for me right on the same day, which made me very happy and even warned me that I might have to leave early, because it happened to be the day of the protests. Friendly girls at the reception, the hospital is nice and clean, they received me on time, and I also liked the Ukrainian music during the reception (just as my playlist was turned on 😁). It was also a plus when the doctor announced the price immediately after the examination, because a year ago I was in another similar hospital in Warsaw and was told one price over the phone, and after the treatment it was three times higher without even warning during the treatment about this. Therefore, I recommend the hospital and I know where I will turn to now! Special thanks to doctor Volodymyr for saving the situation and quick work 😊 It would also be good if the website had already updated the current prices.

I am simply shocked that it is possible to remove a wisdom tooth so painlessly and quickly! Thanks to surgeon Stanislav and his assistant. Thanks to the clinic for making an appointment for the very next day. P.S. another doctor not from this clinic said that this tooth is very complex and you need to think 10 times before removing it. The whole procedure took about 15 minutes, the tooth was removed the first time, checked with an x-ray, stitched and released :)

Today I had my wisdom teeth removed at the Twój Lekarz w Warszawie Stomatologia Bonifraterska medical center. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to dentist Alexey and his assistant Anna for their professionalism, sensitivity and attention! The procedure was quick and painless. I would like to note that Alexey and Anna are not just highly qualified specialists, but also very sensitive and attentive people. They created a friendly and comfortable atmosphere and such an unpleasant procedure as tooth extraction went well. In general, you can immediately feel our service and professionalism!

Minus for the price discrepancy at the exit. Treated a tooth for caries. Announced There was a price of 350 zlotys at the doctor’s chair. After the procedure, it turned out that there was another +100 zlotys for the “gasket” and +30 for something else. You need to talk about this right away, as an awkward situation may result after the procedure. Satisfied with the service and quality of work.

A young dentist from the first office pulled out my tooth (this is not the first practice I have, so I have something to compare it to). in another clinic, and as they pulled it out piece by piece, they immediately pulled it out almost whole, just shaking it to the sides as much as possible, because of which I damaged (quite a large chip) the adjacent healthy tooth, for which, of course, I did not receive any compensation. I don't really want to discuss prices, but I will say that there is something to compare with and something to think about, as I did after visiting them😉 Most likely, my comment will be deleted by Google employees (since the rating in dentistry is the highest), but I have all SMS messages from this dentistry (appointment for a visit, completion of the questionnaire and confirmation of the visit) as well as calls with them, this is exactly what I can do to confirm your visit to them, so please leave my comment (if necessary, I will send all confirmations)
