I came to Dr. Bonarek-Sztaba's recommendation. She managed my first pregnancy. I trusted my friend's opinion and each visit I gritted my teeth, thinking that this was what it looked like. - each time a delay of at least an hour, usually without notice or with information a moment earlier, when I was already on my way to the clinic - no possibility to use parking spaces - all occupied, including the fact that during one of the visits, the lady from the reception occupied one of them and was not willing to move the car to a patient from the clinic. Each time it meant driving around the estate for a long time to find a free place, which is very difficult there. - Doctor Sztaba carried out my visits very quickly. I understand that everything was fine and perhaps there was no need to conduct other, more thorough, longer tests. However, one situation was beyond criticism. I had a half-ultrasound done by another gynecologist. For my next visit, I went to see Dr. Sztaba, who was outraged by this fact. She performed the ultrasound that day within 30 seconds. I received information with these exact words: "you left the money somewhere else, so I am not responsible for it." That day I also received information about the shortening of the cervix, so tests were taken to be able to insert a pessary. Of course, there is an additional fee. I made an appointment in 2 weeks, where it turned out that the pessary was not needed. Each subsequent visit took place every 2 weeks despite a trouble-free pregnancy. Of course, it cost about PLN 400. - because I have a negative blood group, I had to take immunoglobulin. The doctor asked me if I needed a referral and would I do it through the National Health Fund or would I do it at her clinic. I expressed my willingness to do it for the National Health Fund. The doctor said that she would write me a referral at the next visit, knowing exactly when the visit would take place. Between these visits, I read that I should have the injection no later than the day I visit the doctor, which does not make it possible to get the injection under the National Health Fund. I called the clinic and asked what I should do, the receptionist said that I had to take the injection as soon as possible and she didn't know why this was happening. A referral was made remotely, and I had to find a place as quickly as possible where I could get an immunoglobulin injection immediately. I'm sure it was all about money. Again… - each time I had a problem with sick leave because the doctor claimed that there was an error in the system. This meant that my sick leave was not counted as pregnancy leave, and I wrote and called the clinic every day to remind me to issue the sick leave correctly. At 33 weeks of pregnancy I decided to change my doctor. I regret that this was my experience with Dr. Sztaba and I will not recommend anyone to have a pregnancy with her. The only stress that affected me during pregnancy was due to the approach and visits to Dr. Bonarek-Sztaba.

I was determined to undergo the procedure at this clinic, but the lady on the hotline skillfully discouraged me from undergoing the procedure at WolaClinic. It's not about medical matters, just organizational matters. I don't judge the company's policy, it's their business. However, the lack of flexibility is, in my opinion, not very pro-consumer. I read about the doctors working there and the quality of the services offered by WolaClinic, they are very positive. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the lady from the hotline could use a better business approach to the client/patient. Apparently PLN 2,500 is no money for them. 15/03/2024 Let me make a correction. Your receptionist didn't offer anything except that I should come to you twice. Once, pay an advance payment and make an appointment for the treatment. Come for the treatment for the second time. Which was somehow unacceptable to me. I wanted to get it all done in one visit. You weren't able to offer it to me. Hence my opinion.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z usług WolaClinic. U doktor Joanny Bonarek-Sztaby prowadziłam moją pierwszą ciążę i nie wyobrażam sobie innego lekarza. Pani doktor to bardzo empatyczna osoba, a wizyty odbywają się zawsze w miłej atmosferze i bez pośpiechu.

A high-quality clinic. I really appreciate being informed via text messages in case of a delay, which is a rare respect for the client's time. Doctor Czubalski is truly wonderful and professional. He devotes time to the patient, you can feel his honesty and willingness to help. One of the best doctors I have ever met.

I was also enchanted by the doctor's approach, patience and the way he performed the examination. In other words... Every visit to this clinic is successful, I have been a patient for a long time and these are my next visits here. Dr. Kardasz-Cywoniuk is a great doctor, she approaches the patient with great empathy, she always answers my concerns, and also describes all decisions in detail and explains why we are taking certain steps. Additionally, the ladies at registration are incredibly helpful and the registration deadlines are quick.

1. Only three parking spaces for patients, and there is nowhere to park nearby. 2. I ordered an ultrasound visit via the "famous doctor" website, cost PLN 220. After the visit, I was charged PLN 350, the receptionist explained that it was an additional fee for discussing the examination. I didn't know, no one informed me beforehand. 3. Competent doctor, I have no comments.

Miałam tu wizytę u Pana Piotra Tomaszewskiego, on jest świetnym specjalistą, drodze dziewczyny, nie trzeba się bać mężczyznę-ginekologa. Poprzednia zarezerwowana wizyta miała opóźnienie 20 minut (dostałam o tym wiadomość), i nie było problemu przełożyć wizytę na inny termin. Jedyny minus to pani z recepcji, była zajęta czymś ważnym chyba, bo jak przyszłam, i jak wychodziłam, to nawet nie popatrzyła na mnie, tylko ja musiałam jej pytać co robić, i jak mogę zapłacić. Było by dobrze mieć uwagi. Ale to mały minus, sama wizyta była ok :)

Zdecydowanie polecam klinikę wszystkim przyszłym Mamom 😊 Pełen profesjonalizm. Prowadzę drugą ciąże u dr Jakuba Kociuby i czuje się w pełni zaopiekowana i jest to lekarz któremu ufam w 100%. Najlepszy ginekolog, do jakiego trafiłam. Rzeczowy, zaangażowany, bardzo uprzejmy. Bardzo szczegółowo i dokładnie przeprowadza badanie, wyjaśnia wszelkie wątpliwości. Wizyta przebiegła w przyjaznej atmosferze. Dodatkowo Panie na recepcji również są bardzo pomocne i miłe.

Today I will share with you my experience with Wola Clinic dr. Joanna Bednarek Sztaba. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO YOU! SUCH PLACES SHOULD NOT EXIST! Doctor, in my opinion, after this doctor ended my pregnancy in the 25th week, I'm sorry if I use the words "she's a big scam" The doctor is untrustworthy and her approach is very unprofessional. The problems started when genetic tests were to be performed in the 11th week of pregnancy, the doctor recommended me a company that does not have a favorable reputation among tests. Laboratory from Łódź, NIPT test. As the doctor said, there was no difference between these tests, it was colossal because the other one was sent to the USA and not to ŁÓDŹ. She took advantage of my ignorance and put us under a lot of stress! As a result of the test, the fetus was supposed to have genetic defects, an additional Y chromosome due to the fact that it was male, the doctor even persuaded my partner, the child's father, to undergo further expensive genetic tests, claiming that if such a result was obtained, it had to do with the father, which was total nonsense drawn from finger just to trick an unaware client into further unnecessary tests and costs. After amniocentesis was performed by the Mother and Child Institute, the fetus does not have any genetic defects. If the doctor had more knowledge, she would not have been "bribed" by the representatives of this laboratory, as another specialist from the institute who deals with genetic research said that he could literally do such a test "in his own garage." Subsequent requests for reimbursement of the costs of the NIPT test were unsuccessful and the cost was approximately PLN 2,000. The clever "laboratory" from Łódź does not write back from the insurance company saying that if a mistake occurs, it will refund the cost, but of course the small print says that it will reimburse the costs not of the test itself, but of the tests of the next person who made the error. AMNIOPUNCTION IS IN POLAND on the National Health Fund, so they wash their hands of it and take the money. Because the doctor does not accept the patient's dissatisfaction with her services, writing lies and nonsense in e-mails, deflecting the lack of knowledge or the desire for money is greater than to make her patient satisfied and safe. Additionally, the unprofessionalism of the reception desk, which makes it difficult to even issue invoices for the costs, is something that should not happen in private establishments these days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. PREGNANCY IS A SERIOUS TIME FOR EVERY FUTURE MOTHER AND SHE SHOULD BE IN SAFE HANDS. I cannot say the same about my pregnancy because all the stress was caused by this doctor.

What captivates me most is the excellent contact with the clinic. I feel like I'm not one of many customers. You can see that the staff approaches each patient individually. I will definitely go back there, especially to Dr. Patrycja! Thank you :)

I had an appointment to Anastasiia Sokhach and I highly recommend the specialist! Her attitude and knowledge build trust. For me it’s highly important. Also the cabinet is nice and comfortable. Especially I liked that the cabinet has a bathroom that a patient can use.

I had an appointment today, but unfortunately I wasn't able to make it. Before I arrived at the clinic, I found information that parking for patients was available on site. After arriving at the place, it turned out that I was unable to locate the parking lot on my own (no signs). So I called the reception and asked them to direct me to a place where I could leave my car, but instead of helping, the receptionist asked in a rude and offended tone where I was and that if in the place I indicated there was one parking space marked with a sign and if it was occupied, then nothing. it won't work. The lady was not willing to help or advise where I could leave my car to get to my appointment. The moment I asked for help and mentioned once again that I wouldn't be able to make it to my appointment if I didn't have a place to park my car, she rudely hung up on me!! I understand that places may be limited, but I would like to show at least a little empathy and help... I am completely disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist, I have never encountered such an attitude from an employee in private clinics.

We are happy that Dr. Joanna Bonarek-Sztaba accompanies us at this very important time for us, waiting for the arrival of our child. The doctor is a wonderful person and a wonderful doctor. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, passion for her profession and empathy make us feel safe and calm with her.
