Similarly, at the back of the store, in the warehouse - You have to call and wait patiently for someone to come out and take your order. As for purchases - I filed a complaint, but it was rejected due to the lack of a receipt (despite the fact that the company's headquarters sent me to the stationary store where I made the pickup and my online order was processed by them and registered in the system, so it's obvious, that I made a purchase from them)... Apart from the not very pleasant contact to clarify the matter. Well, the quality of service is at the same level as the quality of the goods offered - Very low. I will not return to this particular store or to the chain.

Goods ordered in the store 21 days in advance (on the website, the delivery time is up to 7 days) did not arrive. The store didn't even inform about the delay. After another 7 days, I picked up the goods myself, and when asked why there was no information before, the store staff responded with the standard "I don't know" when asked if there was any remedy, maybe free home delivery (large size), I was only given the option to resign from the purchase and nothing else because the store doesn't see a problem. I do not recommend ordering in the store, only on the website.

Ultimately, how a given place is perceived depends on the people. I highly recommend it, although I have some regrets from before the pandemic, when there was no information in the e-mail, even that the order would be postponed, precisely because of the pandemic - it shouldn't be like that.
