I sincerely recommend it to anyone interested in history and the post-war period. The stories of people such as Witold Pilecki, Nil and Łupaszka continue here after World War II. I recommend visiting with a guide. We talked to a very nice, friendly man with a lot of knowledge. He talked very interestingly and was encouraging. The right man in the right place. The place itself is an eye-opener and shows what the prisoners went through. I wholeheartedly recommend it. The museum is located on the corner of Koszkowa and Św. Teresa. In the Ministry of Justice. You have to buy tickets online, call and wait for an employee/guide to open the door.

Amazing place and history. You can see the small prison where opponents of the regime were detained and tortured and learn about the history of Poland from the end of the war to its accession to the European Union. There are also shocking accounts of victims and recent letters to the families of some people sentenced to death. There is a lot of text, a dozen rooms with museum equipment and several audio recordings. Despite this, he is not bored. Unfortunately, other equipment from the past is missing, e.g. bunks.

The exhibition is located in the building at Al. Ujazdowskie 11 (access from ul. św. Teresa). During the war, the building was taken over by the German criminal police and they set up prison cells in the basement. After the war, the facility was taken over by the Ministry of Public Security, which organized a detention center in the basement. Many people accused of anti-communist activities were imprisoned here. The exhibition is interesting, although depressing. Tickets must be purchased online on the website of the Warsaw Uprising Museum, entry is free on Monday. To enter the museum premises, you must use the intercom at the entrance.

I have the impression that this place is little known, not yet fully discovered, and I think it should be on the must-see list of every person interested in the history of the last century! Admission prices are very symbolic. The history shown to us here is depressing and so sad, but it makes us think and appreciate what we have 🤍

(Translated by Google) A must-see place on the map of Warsaw. I recommend a visit for people who like the modern history of Poland. The guidebook essentially tells about the times of the People's Republic of Poland and the SB which repressed Poles. In some of the cells, authentic inscriptions made by tortured prisoners have been preserved. He was detained in cells, among others August Emil Fieldorf ps. "Nil" - tortured and forced to hand over other Home Army soldiers (Original) Obowiązkowe miejsce do odwiedzenia na mapie Warszawy. W celach przetrzymywany był m.in. August Emil Fieldorf ps. "Nil" - torturowany i zmuszany do wydania innych żołnierzy AK

A place 100% worth visiting, the opportunity to visit places of real, terrifying events is amazing. I visited the facility alone, there were no other visitors, which meant that I could focus more on the exhibition and experience it more deeply. Approximately 80 minutes are enough for a thorough visit. Tickets only online!

(Translated by Google) A must-see history lesson for everyone. I recommend visiting this place both in the form of a self-guided tour, as well as with a guide. Mr. Andrzej is an extraordinary Passionate and Patriot. Thematic lectures are very interesting, often combined with guided tours, which is a big plus. I've been there a few times and it's different each time. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely go back there more than once. Hello and glory to the Heroes! Pan Andrzej to niezwykły Pasjonat i Patriota. Cześć i chwała Bohaterom! 🇵🇱

(Translated by Google) It is a pity that this place is so little known. Lots of authentic elements. For PLN 8/10, you can spend up to 2 hours in terrifying cellars and learn a lot of history (Original) Szkoda, że to miejsce jest tak mało znane. Wiele autentycznych elementów. Za 8/10 zł można spędzić nawet 2 godziny w przerażających piwnicach i poznać sporo historii

(Translated by Google) The place is probably a bit off the beaten track when visiting Warsaw, which is a pity. I think that everyone should be here, stop for a moment and think how you can be such a bad person for another person ... I recommend, it is worth making an appointment with a guide in advance and visiting this facility (Original) Miejsce chyba trochę na uboczu przy okazji zwiedzenia Warszawy, a szkoda.

The history of this place is interestingly presented. Inhuman things happened here right after World War II. It's good that those times are long behind us....

It's off the beaten track and difficult to find, as the entrance is actually at the back behind some parked cars, you also need to buzz the intercom to ask the staff let you in. I think it would be a great idea if they could reconstruct some of the cells like what they did at House of Terror in Budapest. Instead, some rooms are simply left empty with just an information board on the wall.

No crowds on site. The place made a great impression on me, there was a lot of content to read, which was a plus for me. Tickets can only be purchased online, you must ring the intercom before entering.

A place that makes an impression. It's good because it's wonderfully refreshed and prepared for visitors. But also terrible. One of the few places where I read almost all the texts. I looked at every photo. Theoretically, this place can be visited in an hour or an hour and a half. But we were very lucky and the gentleman who let us in took his time and told us a lot about this place and those times. Unfortunately, I don't know its name 🙁 Anyway, I recommend it

Polecam, bezcenna lekcja historii.

(Translated by Google) A great place, fans of the Second World War will be 100% satisfied. You can visit the cells, listen to various messages, at the exit at the cash desk, you can buy souvenirs, eg. Playing cards made by local prisoners and many others.

(Translated by Google) The branch of the Warsaw Uprising Museum - a powerful thing - the infamous period of Polish modern history without being embellished - makes a shocking impression. (Original) Filia Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego - mocna rzecz - niechlubny okres polskiej historii najnowszej bez upiększania - robi porażające wrażenie.
