It was so great! Really cool service, no wait, magnificent feelings during the jump and great photos after.

Couldn’t ask for anything more!!! All the things were perfectly managed. This place is soo underrated, the girl on the register counter was really polite, she gave her best to explain us in english. The procedure was very quick, no waiting at all.

Jumped a few days ago! What an adrenalin rush! The place and staff are very professional. I recommend taking the options with pictures taken from above and below, and with a GoPro mounted on your wrist for the jump. Good memories.

It says you don’t need to reserve, just come and jump. We went there and there were at least 7 people in front of us and the wait would be a couple of hours. The people there didn’t want to talk to us and were taking their time snacking and drinking while everyone was waiting for them to do something. Would not recommend.

I prefer if they accepted card payments as well, because currently, the price must be paid in cash upon arrival (maybe except for vouchers) and no online reservation / login (e.g., time slots) is possible. Using such an online system, a participant would not need to sign any physical Terms of Service letters upon arrival, which would lead to faster processes / more people being able to jump. A link to a cloud storage (Dropbox, OneDrive, or an own NAS), perhaps with expiration date, sent via email (for example, taken from the online user account) could be a useful option for sharing the 40/70 photos or video, instead of a CD or USB stick, which I feel barely anyone reads nowadays. I totally recommend the experience

I was scared af but the guy was very calming and I was able to make the jump of faith and that's one of better experience I ever felt! Strongly recommended!!!

It was more than a wonderful experience. First of all, the team was pretty polite. Secondly, the view I got from the top of the crane towards Warsaw was stunning and let me speechless. And of course, the jump thrilled me in a way I definitely loved. It was worth the try! I can only recommend!

What a great experience! This was my first bungee jump and the team made me feel safe and assured. It's definitely worth it, and I think this is a good jump for first-timers. You get a nice view of the city from the top as well. Just incredible, wow!

I didn't do Bunjee Jumping before and it was awesome. The introduction was good and it fell really save with the companion. Everyone was really friendly.
