One of the best Persian food we have tried in Europe. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful Iranian decorations and music. Great restaurant! Definitely recommended. :)

Honestly I did not expect being able to eat Iranian in Warsaw in such level. Quality was absolutely the finest. Food was delicious. The owners were so nice and friendly. There is a wall of puppets with the solidarity mainly towards the culture and the recent events in Iran. Definitely recommend place to go and eat.

    1. The interior seating is much more elegant than outdoor seating. There is a VIP room which is spectacular and recommended for large groups. 2. Overall our experience was good. Starting with the saffron tea which was very flavourful. Recommend to actually order a tea pot. Ghormeh Sabzi was interesting with strong sourness as well as a bitter after-taste. Lamb was cooked to perfection. Saffron ice cream was gelatinous but tasty however maybe the saffron flavor was not strong enough. 3. Portion sizes are small . So it is a good idea to go for some appetizers as well. Prices are okay given the authentic persian food 4. Food servicing could have been better. But in general the staff are nice and welcoming

Very lovely delicious Persian food in Warsaw!! It is the only Iranian restaurant there!! Our kebab dishes were made with absolute Love! Our server from Lebanon was very attentive, very fast and super polite! We sat outside since the weather was nice. The ambience was very simple, I would advise to put a little coziness and decor on the terrace , maybe upgrade the furniture or the floors! Other than that food and service was great! Thank you very much for a lovely experience!!

I came here on a Friday for lunch just when they had opened. The interior here and the background music really sets the mood and it’s so wonderful. We felt like we left Warsaw and we’re elsewhere. The menu is varied and the prices are super reasonable for being in such a busy place although this is a secret gem! I had lamb kebab for main and my sister got gormeh sabzi and in both dishes the lamb was seasoned well, flavoured and cooked tender. The starters were winners. The vine leaves soo yum and the dips - you can never go wrong with dips, and we really did like the pickled veg. To accompany our meal we got Persian tea which was warming. Deffo a win for Persian food in Warsaw

Firstly, the restaurant must be praised for it's ambience and aesthetics. Secondly, the restaurant serves authentic Iranian cuisine. The word "authentic" is important to keep in mind, before you judge the taste of the food based on your unfair expectations. They serve undoubtedly great food! Must visit if you want a quintessential Persian experience.

This experience was beyond my expectations. The food, the service were just amazing. Highly recommend the “chicken roll”. It is chicken rolls with pomegranate and nuts serving with rice and grilled veggies. We were group of 8 people and everyone was very happy at the end of the meal:). The beautiful girl was very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately I forgot her name. The prices are around 50-80 zl for main dishes.

In one sentence, Tehran restaurant serves the best Iranian food in Europe.During my travels, I have visited many Iranian restaurants, and most of them had good and acceptable quality (considering the available facilities and raw materials). But several things distinguish this restaurant. 1) Restaurant management who have a permanent presence at their workplace and control and monitor all work events. 2) Their very good and exemplary treatment with all customers. 3) Selection of high-quality raw materials in accordance with the taste of Iranian and Persian cuisine. 4) Very beautiful decoration and food and its presentation. 5) Very friendly and professional staff 6) Decorations of the restaurant 7) Music playing in the restaurant 8) Very cultural atmosphere and activities related to the rich Persian culture. And also many other things that do not fit in this note. If I want to categorize the foods according to my taste, I'm sure that the Kebab Loghmeh and Chelo Kebab Koobideh are at the top of the list. After that, Chenjeh kabab is highly recommended.Gheimeh stew, Fesenjan, grilled fish, Mirza Ghasemi, and eggplant curd (Kashk o Bademjan) were all excellent and pleasant. About Baghalipolo and muscle or neck, despite the high quality and excellent cooking, it did not satisfy my taste. The traditional handmade saffron ice cream of this restaurant will be one of its memorable attractions. Finally, I recommend it to all those who are interested in the challenge of experiencing the pleasant flavors of food, if you travel to Warsaw, be sure to visit the Tehran restaurant and enjoy its atmosphere and food.

I had the pleasure of dining at "Tehran," an Iranian restaurant, and indulged in their mix grill platter paired with Iranian rice. This culinary experience was truly exceptional, showcasing one of the finest Iranian dishes I've ever tasted. The mix of flavors in the grilled meats and the aromatic Iranian rice was a treat for the senses. The chef's skill was evident in every bite, and I must applaud their expertise. The top-notch service and pleasant atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. It's safe to say that good food translates to a great dining experience. I would confidently rate my experience a 9.6/10 – truly impressive.

We came here for lunch having seen this exotic restaurant (for Warsaw) hidden away on a quiet side street. What a wonderful choice. Our Iranian waitress was so friendly and welcoming, answering our questions and making recommendations. Although we speak Polish we somehow ended up speaking in English (and not just about the food) and hers was flawless. Since the menu is so extensive we followed her advice and ordered lamb meatballs over a perfectly seasoned rice, pomegranate seeds and other delicious additions. Everything was freshly made. This was accompanied by an excellent Persian style tea. All of it was superb, and we will definitely be coming back and work our way through the menu. What a great addition to a pretty ordinary Warsaw restaurant scene.

I ate dinner in Tehran and I loved it. It definitely brings in taste of Iran to you- with food, drink and decoration. Pleasantly surprised with it. The stew was great and the rise water drink awesome.

Great experience! Was there for a lunch and took a dish proposed by a lady managing the place there, sounded like a simple chicken leg with rice but look how it looked like! And more, it was delicious, well made chicken served with safran rice and side pickles with onion, great sauce, yummy! Also the pommgrenate lemonade was fantastic. A number of Iranian/Middle East proposals you can find in the menu, I’m sure also must be delicious. The decor of this place is very appealing, you feel the Persian orient here. There were a few guests and all of them were speaking with the personnel in a language unknown to me, I believe it must have been one of the Persian languages. All of that - good food, surrounding decor, the natives working there ceate an atmosphere of an unique place in Warsaw. Strongly recommend for a dinner or even a lunch.

Excellent food. I had a lamb and rice thing. It was great. Generous portion, very well cooked and quiet original. I also like the seating. Never seen anything like it. Didn't try the Shisha but it looked amazing. Made me want to try Persian cuisine more often. Recommended

The food was good. But in compare to the amount, it is a bit pricy. They are international, and all speaking well english. Which was really nice. They forgot a few things from our order and we had to remind them.

Original place with original dishes. Ingredients quality okay, but the kebab meat was over cooked and dry. Taste was bland. Presentation of the food was interesting. Looks like family place, helpful and friendly staff.

I have visited twice in 3 days. It's a very lovely and quiet atmosphere. The aesthetic is very nice. The food? Fantastic. Personally, everything I've had so far is perfect. The first time I ate gheymeh. It wasn't too sour and the meat was so perfectly tender. O also had the Tehran Night drink. It wasn't too strong on the alcohol, which I liked. The saffron ice cream "bastani sonatti" was delicious, but it's not like the kind of ice cream you're used to if you're a Westerner. The second time I got the mahi polo which is fish with rice. The tilapia I chose was sooooooooooo good. Both times the rice was so perfect. I've always thought Persians are the professionals of rice-making and they did not disappoint here. Their "tahdig" is EMMACULATE. Some of the best I've ever had. I tried the virgin mojito and it was good, and so was the lemonade. Now...the baklava/baklawa is.....divine. as far as appetizers and aide dishes, I've had the mast o khiar (yogurt and cucumber), the dolme (stuffed grape leaves), and zeitoun (olives stuffed with walnuts or almonds). They were all lovely I love baklava and I've eaten it many times in many Middle Eastern restaurants both in and outside the Middle East and I make a pretty awesome baklava myself....but this baklava? I'd say it's the best baklava I've had. Ever. I'd PAY for this baklava recipe, no kidding. Don't forget to end the meal with a cup of traditional Persian tea and saffron rock candy for sweeten it! Definitely check this place out. I'll be back again and again and again for sure. I don't have a single complaint....well, only one tiny complaint: there's no Shirazi salad ;)

Real Iranian taste in Europe. Amazing food, nice design, caring and polite staff who keep asking for your needs. The management is so helpful and it's obvious that they want the customer's satisfaction. A lot of effort has been done to collect all pieces to make this amazing place.Definitely recommended.

Let’s start off with this honestly this place had one of the most outstanding service and hospitality i have ever witnessed it was my first visit but they made me feel so welcomed even though i was asking a lot of questions about the dishes and recommendations (i appreciate that they didn’t recommend the expensive dishes like most restaurants do)! , food was delicious tasted fresh and rich with flavor , drinks were amazing (they have a few signature drinks ask about them) , finally i think it’s a family owned restaurant and that adds a warmth to the atmosphere that i really liked. (I ordered a lot that’s why my bill came higher than usual but for a regular full order ( starter, main, drink and dessert) I think it won’t be more than 90-100zł )

Super Friendly and amazing Persian food! Was in Warsawa on my way to Berlin, and found this by walking around - top quality, amazing ingredients, well done - saffron tea with actual saffron which would be pricey to find any other place! Solid flavours on the pomegranate dishes - will come back next time again, as its hard to find such good real persian ! Nice atmosphere too - with rug table seating

Lovely place, delicious food, amazing interior design, friendly and welcoming staffs, In brief, wonderful atmosphere. You can taste the Persian dishes with the nostalgic atmosphere which reminds you of the Persina culture. If you are a big fan of books, there is a library with lots of valuable books. Furthermore, during your experience there you can enjoy listening to the Persian music. “Tehran Restauracja” is a must try! 😍 Extremely recommend. Definitely I’ll come back again and again! Thank you very much for a lovely experience! ❤️

The waiter made us wait for 20 additional minutes just for ice-cream even though it was ordered even before the main meal and even though it wasn't crowded. But later apologised and offered baklava, suggesting to change the previous review and comment. And since I was reached out to by the higher level on my private social media, I understood how much it is important for them. Love to Iran, delicious Iranian food, but this was my last visit. Happy holidays.
