The ship was very easy to get to. Since we were over an hour early, we asked if we could go on the boat that left beforehand. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and we were able to start our journey an hour earlier. It was a nice and comfortable trip on the Vistula. For the price it is absolutely recommended!

We missed our cruise starting time, and the manager was kind enough to offer us the next time slot. In the end, there were just us on the boat - the captain made a separate trip just for us two, which was amazing. A very quick customer support response and action (that you won't often meet in Poland, tbh). The boat crew were incredibly friendly as well, very helpful and creative about best views. We enjoyed the trip and I would recommend the experience to everyone.

We really enjoyed this trip in the wooden boat. It was sunny but a bit of a cold wind and we were given blankets to keep us cosy! We were shown the Palace in the Old Town and just enjoyed taking in the views ourselves! A recommended pleasant hour!
