    It's great to have your people under my balcony, work starting before 6 a.m., sometimes ending at 1.30 a.m.! What do I need to know in advance that there will be noisy night work? People with windows over the construction site also work and have their own responsibilities, and it is often impossible to sleep at night. This is a scandal!
