We booked a family apartment with pool. The furniture was pretty old and needs renovation. It didnt meet our expectations, compared to the prices (e.g. mirror attached to the wall with 3 different screws in weird angles). Air condition was noisy but didnt cool at all, so we slept very uncomfortable with 29+ degrees in the apartment. Tough mentioned at the reception nobody came to fix it for the next 2 days. The safe was a joke. A roughly 10 kg metal box in the desk, not attached to anything. You could simply take it out and carry it away. Didnt even mention this to the staff, because its ridiculous. Never seen such a thing before. WiFi didnt really work inside our apartment (only outside or right next to the terrace). Pools have lots of chlor in it, but ok. Many of the small tiles of the pools are gone, some still swimming on the floor (had some spots in the apartments pool, saw lots in the main pool). Poolbar of the main pool not in use, seats also above water level. So in overall pools also should get some renovation. Staff was friendly, food was ok. Beach was very nice, but a little bit far away (shuttlebus is available, tough its really old). Overall I cannot recommend a stay due to the high prices, and the severe issues mentioned above.

Great Hotel with wonderful swimming pools! The restaurant was quite bad though, too bad for a 5 stars hotel. It is really noisy in the evening don't expect to be able to rest before midnight (which was not the best with young kids). Oh and the WiFi was not really working... and almost forgot to mention that the fitness was nice but you have to go through a dark tunnel bery untidy so I didn't dare to go at all at the end 😅

All is quite nice, just a bit far from "civilization"... Touristic that is 😁 Which on the other side can become a major advantage if you seek for a quiet place to rest 👌

Very nice location where we spent 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant served different specialities every day. The beach is wonderful with gold sand and proper for family with children. We recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Great experience. Everybody was super polite and helpfull. The hotel is like a small village and it was super quiet and relaxing. We had a really nice time at the spa also.The facilities were really nice and they provide us everything we needed.The spa manager was really helpful and polite and the staff working there. We had all the spa to ourselfs and felt super relaxed.thank you for everything.

ROOM HAD ANTS, DIRT AND HUMAN HAIR IN BABY COT - DO NOT STAY HERE! Do NOT trust the pictures online, they are deceiving. The room furniture was old and tatty, and need deep renovating. It felt like we were transported back to the ‘70s… def not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. The room is closer to a 3 star rating. We found ants in the kitchenette, no working aircon in 37 degree heat, dirt under my daughters cot and black human hair on the floor. Needless to say we couldn’t bear to stay at this hotel in 37 degree heat as our 6 month old was getting a heatstroke. They didn’t make any effort to make it easier by moving us to an air conditioned area while waiting for the aircon to be fixed or offering some drinks. We left after 2 hours and the hotel KEPT our deposit, whilst being completely unapologetic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and absolutely not worth the money. The area has a number of other 5 star hotels, would def recommend to go somewhere else like the Grecotel nearby.

Very nice resort! Relatively close to the beach - The gardens are full of palm and banana trees - great number of private pools! The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Even though we were staying in a family bungalow (one of the most luxurious options), there are a few things that need to be upgraded/fixed in order for the resort to meet the high standards of a true 5star hotel: 1. Air condition units need to be upgraded. Even at night the output was quite low. Outside the temperature was lower than inside (~24-25 degrees Celcius). 2. Sewage treatment is one more important upgrade, since every night (~22.00-7.00) there was a quite intense odor in the air near all bungalows. 3. The matresses on the king size beds need to be renewed. They seem to be quite stressed.
