Disgusting place! Don't waste your money at this store! They are LIVERS, they keep little puppies in glass boxes. The store is hot, the dogs are sick and have nothing to breathe. Inside that tank is an empty bowl with no water and torn newspapers. And that's it, they don't let them out, they sit and wait for customers, they can sit for months. They torture the animals

Terrible customer service, I tried ordering from them through Messenger and they only respond once a day or leave me on OPENED! Even when I told them if they don’t send it I’ll just purchase elsewhere, they left me on opened! And so I did. Then they finally sent my package after a week of waiting when I don’t even need it anymore. Unbelievable! Do not order from this company.

Excellent grooming service at the zakaki store. First time my dog was groomed and was calm throughout the pampering. The attention & care given by the groomer was as if she was grooming her own dog. Definitely permenant customers, exceptional quality and service. Well done Animal House!!! A definite recommendation for everyone!!!!!
