We rented a car for two days. Everything was fine. Any problems when returning the vehicle. Service nice and helpful. You can contact them via WhatsApp.

Sadly I did not have a good experience with this company. The agent with whom I spoke was very rude. I was told after I reserved the car online that they would not rent to me for less than a week. I called and the agent laughed and said no one would rent to me, good luck. I asked about other car hires in the city and was yelled at, saying Nippy was best and their policy is standard--no one will rent to us she said. We ultimately chose a different car hire company. I am surprised based on all of the positive reviews how poorly the service reflects. The company replied to say they have no agent and that they don't recall speaking to me. For that I'm removing yet another star. This place is a tremendous disappointment but the bright side? I saved quite a lot on my one day booking by renting a car at the Paphos airport. Saved a ton compared to Nippy Turtle prices. I urge others to shop around .

We called the very friendly guys at Nippy Turtle at 10am and had a car delivered to our hotel by 1230pm the same day. The car was relatively new and was very reliable with good air con. From what I can see the price was a good bit cheaper than the big names, and being a British family business they really were very professional and trustworthy. At the end of our rental the car was picked up on time and again, a very pleasant, helpful experience. Thank you again for all your help, see you next time.

Superb experience there is slightly cheaper company's out there offering all sorts of deal but we went with this one because they were recommended by our villa owner. You do really pay for what you get and we received a second to non service with 100 percent understanding of the documents and rental agreement. There was no grey areas which we could get caught out on such as damages fuel etc. Everything was explained well by Alison who delivered the car to our villa, the car was in good condition clean and aircon was ice cold, Alison provided a map and tips on where to go and the best routes. She even gave us discount tickets for the water park in Paphos. We were shown all the controls of the car and explained what to do in the event of an accident and any other issue whilst driving on the roads. The car was then collected at the end of hire and our card hold deposit returned 3 days later all in all a really good experience especially with many rental company's out there just wanting your money and offering no backup service.

This was the 2nd year running our family have been to Coral Bay, last year we hired a car through a different company, the cars were old and baby seats broke on us so we needed to try a different company this year and we went with Nippy Turtle, The lady was waiting for us on arrivals and picking the car up and process could not have been smoother, the car was in good conditions and importantly so were the baby and toddler seats. what impressed us the most was when the car battery died on us completely (These things will happen with cars) the speed that the guys at Nippy Turtle got to us was amazing within 20 minutes of our first and only call, we had a new car which was an upgrade and transferred the seats and we were on our way, most other companies would just send a recovery company. i have no reservations in recommending Nippy Turtle and will certainly be hiring a car from them should we return next year, i also never leave reviews for companies - so for me to do one shows how impressed i was

Absolutely brilliant company. Really helped us out when we were desperate for a car. Even though they didn't have many cars available at the time they went the extra mile to try and work things around to accommodate us, where as most companies would have just turned us away. They arranged for the car to be dropped off at our villa and even drove us back from their office themselves to avoid us having to pay the expensive taxi rates. All of the paperwork was done quickly and hassle free and they collected the car from our villa at the end of our holiday. They even tell you the best restaurants and places to go and see. We found a lovely little Greek restaurant off the beaten track which we wouldn't have even known was there if it wasn't for their recommendation. I couldn't recommend Nippy Turtle enough and if we are ever in Cyprus again then we will be defiantly hiring a car from these again. Thank you so much Nippy Turtle for the fantastic service and for making our holiday extra special.

Helpful and reliable car rental provider. From start to finish, communication was quick and easy. The car was delivered to our hotel, sat nav already set up in English and we were good to go. Fortunately we had no mishaps while driving but we took comfort in the knowledge that if we had, we were in the safe hands of Nippy Turtle, with the advice and contact details they had provided in case anything should happen. If we return to Cyprus we will be seeking out Nippy Turtle to hire from them again, but we would probably look for a 4x4 vehicle next time ... the roads aren't great! I would also happily recommend Nippy Turtle to my family.

Wonderful car rental experience we were met in the arrivals hall of the airport and shown to the car only a short walk away. The car was great had plenty of fuel in it and clean, we met the lady in the drop off return right outside the airport and walked a 2 minute journey back into departures really really easy rental.

First class highly recommend . I hired a car for a couple of days to see a bit more of Cyprus on my stay . No dramas just a very helpful friendly service with a good choice of vehicles. Thanks again 👍

Great service. Went in to hire a car for three or four days. A car was available right away and we were on the road within half an hour. Very good cost and the car was also very good on fuel. Easy and quick to return too. Will certainly come back to hire another if we return to Cyprus.

I chose for a car to be delivered to our hotel in Coral bay i called the company and they delivered a car within one hour straight to hotel reception where i waited. I check car and was very good air conditioning very cold. I use car with family to go to some good places recommended by the car rental company, we visit latchi harbor limasol, troodos, and car very good with fuel. When i finish with car i called the rental company and they came to reception to collect from me and was very easy my deposit was returned in 3 days by bank.

Disappointed...at first they seemed really helpful and we hired a car for 5 days. When car was dropped off ...lady was very friendly. We asked if we could add an extra day..she said she would check when she got back and pencil it in. We thought we would hear back if there was a problem. We called up day before to check and they said we couldn't have it for full day . they would give it to us for 6 hours extra but charge full day rate!! As we were stuck we accepted this but feel there should have been a reduced rate as it was their fault. Not only that but on the site it states no credit card fees but she added 3% on which adds up. Made experience quite upsetting as we might have found cheaper so that we could have had car all day. Don't usually do bad reviews especially as woman was so nice but am so disappointed. Don't think we l use them again when we go back.

Agree with all the reviews on here. Absolutely fantastic service all made very simple. Couldn't recommend it more. Don't use the standard car hire services you just have to use Nippy Turtle. The guys were waiting at the airport for us and we followed them back to our apartment. No waiting around at all. Then on the return to the airport they were bang on time and took us back to the airport themselves. Fantastic. Thanks Nippy Turtle!
