- hotel infrastructure itself and the beach are beautiful (amazingly ckear water and beautiful sand). - dinner buffet is really good. Breakfast has room for improvement. - service is in my opinion not up to the mark (slow and rather unfriendly). Never order a freshly pressed juice, staff is too lazy and wont make it - tried 4 days in a row and got different excuses every day. - all-inclusive is somewhat confusing as certain menus/drinks are included in one restaurant and in another restaurant (despite the same exact menu card) not included. - every day(!) there are several wedding parties in the hotel, blasting music till late in the night. (23:15) as I am writing this - yesterday past midnight. If you seek relaxation, this hotel is definitely not for you (rather a wedding/party destination). Especially the last point mentioned is disappointing if you seek relaxing vacations and does not justify the room charges. Price/quality does not match in this case and there are better options available.

Very good hotel - quiet and relaxing, with few children. Delicious food and friendly service. Large selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel has direct access to the most beautiful beach in Ayia Napa.

Nissi beach one of favourite for tourists and beach lovers I visit this place in 2018 summer ..very nice place to visit for vocation chill ...drinks to enjoy there ..people are friendly ..hotel rooms available..high buliding around make you to feel rich ..cool place for honeymoon ..beach activities, have light weight winter clothes when visiting nissi beach Cyprus night time ..cold weather with cold winds .

Good hotel to have a decent stay for one week, the food offered is of good quality either, the bay is phantastic, the bars surrounding beach and bay have a reasonable variety of food and beverage. The theme of the buffet changed every day and it is of good to great quality. The hotel is predominantly booked by Germans…

Garden view rooms are very noisy due to street and karaoke noise! However the resort is wonderful! Service staff could be more motivated! Cleaners and gardeners do an excellent job!

We were there to share the wonderful wedding of my granddaughter. Everything was beautiful and very well organised. Well done to make it a very special and memorable day for my lovely granddaughter and her new husband.

In General we spent a beautiful Holiday at the Resort. There were only smaller problems, that could be a bit annoying for other people. Our room had a garden view and was very close to the streets. Every night there was a karaoke bar super loud, sometimes even until 2:00 or 4:00 in the night. It’s a difficult situation, I’m not sure if the hotel can do anything about it - but if you don’t like to sleep with earplugs and want a calm night - then take a room with a sea view. (It’s also for sure beautiful in the morning when you wake up :) There’s a 2,50€ charge for each bed on the beach. It’s basically a public beach but the umbrellas belong to the hotel. Still you have to pay 2,50€ per sunbed. This is less of the problem. But the main issue is: you have to wake up earlier to reserve a bed with your towels. Otherwise already around 11:00-11:30 you won’t find a free bed anymore. Or nearly impossible. Anyways: the employees were super nice and payed attention, if you needed anything they helped you immediately. Breakfast was absolutely TOP! For me it’s actually a 5 Stars Niveau. The room was everyday nice cleaned, the gym of the hotel is perfect for a holiday workout. You won’t feel bored around the hotel, doesn’t matter if you’re with friends, family or only just as a couple there. The beach is very crowded in the main season, but anyways a beautiful experience. Would recommend the hotel at anytime!

I recently stayed at Nissi Beach in Cyprus, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The location by the beach was fantastic, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The only minor drawback was the bathrooms in our room. While they were functional, they could benefit from some renovations to match the overall quality of the rest of the hotel. However, this didn't significantly impact our stay, and we still had a wonderful time. I would recommend Nissi Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Cyprus, with the hope that the bathrooms receive some updates in the future.

Location is great. Beach is amazing. Service was good. The only thing that's a little disappointing was that the rooms were outdated. If the rooms get refreshed it will make the experience even better.

You will enjoy your vacation there. You can feed the local cats at the feeding station, do water sports or hang out in the beautiful Hotel garden. The rooms are very neat and clean. Pharmacy and supermarket are easy to reach by foot. And the staff is friendly. The only disadvantages: The beach is packed, you don’t have much space to move around, and it’s loud because there are so many kids. There are too little umbrellas at the beach for all guests, so you have 2 options: Walk 10 minutes to a free umbrella, or pay 2,50€ each day for an umbrella close to your hotel. The ice cream is not in the all inclusive offer and costs 3,50€ per piece.

My wallet with money and card as well as lots of expensive jewellery was taken from my room at around 10pm when I went out for an hour. There are no cameras here and the staff were absolutely pathetic at helping me. They were very rude and said that it’s not their problem and that they don’t care. I know that I should have put it in the safe but I did not expect someone to come into my room look around and take valuable items during the hour that I was gone. Be very careful the workers here are so rude and steal. Absolutely horrible service will never come back again and I suggest you don’t come here either

Beautiful, clean, piercing blue beach. The sea was warm and inviting. It was very busy on every visit. We walked down, further to the left to try and find a quiter spot but it was quite rocky that way. There is a cliff edge by the hut that serves food and the outdoor toilets that you can stand on and get some amazing views and pictures. Definitely worth a visit... It doesn't disappoint :-)

Advantages: The location is about 5 min walking from the nice nissi beach. Rooms are clean. Room service is good enough. Food is repeating, but overall you can find what to eat. Disadvantages: Some rooms are looking into the pool, where it could be noisy in the evenings because of entertainment. There is no free drink option for dinner and even for lunch. Tea is available only for breakfast, for lunch and dinner you should pay even for water which is wired.

Great hotel with the beautiful garden and very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and clean. There could be more food to choose but I've spent there great time.

Great hotel and good overall service. Beach is accessible from hotel garden. Good breakfast options. Dinner buffet is fantastic. Only critism I have is the electricity went on the last 2 days for just over an hour. No running water, telephone and air conditioning. It was really inconvenient on our last day as we'd requested a late checkout at 1pm. We couldn't really take advantage of this as the electricity went at 10:50. It eventually came back on at 12. Which only have us an hour to shower and finish packing. The woman at reception dealt with it really poorly when we went down to settle our bill. She said it would come back on at midday which would give us plenty of time. It was not her judgement call to advise us that we had plenty of time! There was no offer of help either. Apart from this sour note, everyone else was really polite and provided fantastic service. The beach is wonderful and finding a sun lounger was doable. The sea is crystal clear all the way out. Lovely cocktails at the beach bar - but not cheap. I thoroughly recommend a sea view room. We were on the fourth floor. No issues with noise, even with the evening entertainment (which is different every night). We ate dinner at that hotel three times during our stay. There is a different theme every night. Cypriot night was our favourite. The spa rooms are very relaxing. The gym has a good offering of apparatus and free weights. The pool is clean but too cold for me. Only gripe is the loungers are like bean bags, so not the most comfortable. Would definitely go back. Already planning dates.

One of the most beautiful Hotels in Ayia Napa. The Rooms are Clean and in very good Condition. The Garden is also very Clean and looks great(there are many Weddings there). The Hotel is very close to the Nissi Beach. So what you need more?

A hotel for people who are not looking for rest. Everyday loud parties until late at night. One evening there were 3 parties at once. The windows are not soundproofed at all so you could get on your head with 3x loud music. The hotel does not inform guests at all that a wedding will take place at their place, which means that the rest of the guests not taking part in the event have no chance to rest. Most of the customer service is not very friendly either. You have to ask a couple of time for everything. From pluses very nice Garden and beach. View from a sea view rooms is also wonderful. But there are much more better four stars hotels.

A great resort with comfortable and fitting decor, friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful views, access to the beach and overall good amenities available. Breakfast has a wide, fresh and tasty variety of continental and local cuisine; service is top, too. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Particularly Marios, Michael and George. I would recommend this resort for groups of friends, couples and families. All are welcome here.

Very nice hotel placed in the beautiful garden directly in front of the amazing white sand beach. I would guess,it is not the newest, but very good renovated , very clean, with all the services you need and good kitchen. The room is rather small but OK for a couple or even 2+1 (our case). The view from the top floor is absolutely breathtaking. The beach is shallow for about 100 meters, crystal clear if there is no wind. Nevertheless, it's pretty crowded and the wind sometimes delivers small plastic stuff, the result of people's stupidity.

What’s not to love here. The hotel is super clean, the food is great, the beach is about one of the most beautiful I have seen and n Europe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Vasilis and Georgia from the pool bar!

4-star hotel which deserves a 5-star rating. Has everything you need close by, and the beach is amazing. We booked the beach suite, a bit more expensive but totally worth it.

Rooms are a nice size with a tv and a small fridge the food is so good that you dont have to go to any of the other restaurants around the hotel ..Its clean the staff are polite and friendly covers a lot of age groups ...its a must to visit

Food is excellent. Complimentary pool towels (no need to bring your own) soap and shampoo etc also complementary, Tea, coffee and milk replenished daily. Air conditioning in room. No charge for safe. Large TV , 6 foot beds. Beware upper garden rooms (21 steep steps). Very clean inside and outside areas. Plenty of umbrellas and comfortable sun beds.

The hotel has a great pool bar with a varied menu selection, also for vegetarians. It is elevated with the best view of the bay and beach. Elena, Vasilis and Giogia offer great service, you feel welcome! The hotel has by far the most beautiful and well-kept garden in the whole area. We had imagined the bathing bay to be larger. It is public and a bit crowded. The pool is less crowded, nicely situated over the bay. The sea can be reached quickly with a short walk. Everything looks very clean, including the beach and water. The room with garden view surprised with garden and sea view. The remote location was very pleasant, as you can hear the music on the beach / hotels less loud at night. Room service works great, the room was always clean and the staff was very friendly.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I haved made my vacation here in Iuly and I was hoping on a nice experience but it seems that this was a very bad choice NEVER AGAIN! The location is very nice with a nice view and everything but the hotel services are a real mess! I haved booked a all inclusive for 7 days an my family! In all this days the food was horrible from breakfast to dinner! 80%from the dishes was the same every day and also you will find the same food that you eat it on evening second day at luch ! Such a bad experience with the food I never had before somewhere , , dry food and only the cheapest products used . The service in the room: NO SERVICE in 7days in our room the floor was never cleaned they just came in the room to change the towels and to make the bad that’s it ! Rooms are very small and with old furniture! Only 2 good things I can say about this place friendly stuff and a nice view with clearly water ! If you don’t want to regret it don’t book a all inclusive!

Great location but definitely needs a renovation. It's dated and it shows. Some thought could go on the design and how to give a bit more privacy to the bungalows; currently there is no privacy at all when you sit on the veranda and many random people walk by. Also the service could be improved.
