The WORST “restaurant” I have ever been to !!! It was 11pm and we just wanted to eat since we were super hungry. The stuff welcomed us and we sat down to order. We ordered meatballs and a steak. The meatballs came and it didn’t even look like a meat. Then the steak came! (Photo below). The moment I started cutting the (burnt) medium rare steak I wanted to puke! We didn’t eat any of those dishes. Both dishes smelled awful. Even my dog wouldn’t eat that. Wouldn’t even get bothered to come closer to smell it. It was more than obvious that the waiters were used to guests not eating the dishes, since none got bothered to check why we didn’t eat what we had ordered. If you value your money and don’t wanna get any food poisoning just stay away from here. Go eat street pizza, that will be much tastier!

The food is very good. The service - depends on who your waitress is. One tried to get rid of us at the door. After 10min waiting we found a table ourselves and the lady who was serving was awesome.

Be ready for a long wait. Our order arrived after more than an hour long wait. It also arrived one dish at a time. I was still hungry after eating my dish but didn't order as I was afraid of the long waiting time. The staff is very kind but badly organised. They were running but with one glass or plate. I would have appreciated warning about the slow serving time.

It is placed in a nice location, right in the center of Plovdiv. The quality of the food is quite average but the prices are pretty high... and the waiters had several oversights.

I love everything about this place. The service is amazing, very kind every time. They took my order almost instantly and I didn't have to wait long for my food to arrive. Also, it was very delicious. The atmosphere is great too, nice music playing, not too noisy. I have nothing to complain about. It is a very nice place for lunch or dinner.

Italian restaurant, with tasty pizza. Average price of a pizza is about 7 euro (14 leva).

Since it was 22 h and me and my family were really hungry, this place seemed to be a good option. We waited at the door to ask whether the empty table was available. Nobody greeted me even after I did so. Three waiters just passed us by without a word. When my husband asked another guy from the staff, he pointed to the empty table and we entered the restaurant. Near the table, the manager angrily asked us to wait outside and started yelling at another waiter who said he didn't let us in. After hearing this and seeing the whole attitude, we preferred to leave. It is highly unprofessional at the first place. Second, we never would've entered without permission... Anyway, they lost a client.

Bad food. The lasagna was awful, there was practically no lasagna. Fetuccini carbonara was disgusting, the sauce had no taste and the pasta was overcooked. The salad with the french cheese was tasteless and the fish was frozen. The fish was rare with no taste and was defrosted in a microwave as its taste was like boiled. The portions were small. I was a regular customer of this place when coming to Plovdiv, but never again.

Gusto means Tasty ands this place delivers with every dish. I wish I had more space to try their deserts as the cheesecake that was delivered to the table next to me looked awesome. Well you'll have to try it to believe it. Big menu with lots of options and you just can't go wrong whatever you try. The staff is very friendly. Go for it with Gusto!!! Well in Bulgarian also means you enjoy yourself!!!

The food was delicious. The service is very good, very polite waiters. The prices aren't high, totally affordable. It tastes like homemade. The pizza is made in front of your eyes.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, der Kellner bzw. das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und höflich, das Essen sehr, sehr lecker und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Die Pizza ist eine Steinoffenpizza und so gut wie in manchen Regionen Italiens. Preis-Leistung ist top, vor allem im Vergleich mit anderen Restaurants im Zentrum von Plovdiv. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

One of the best restaurants I've been in in Plovdiv! The food is great and it's cheap, the service is lovely and the atmosphere is just right. Couldn't possibly recommend more, especially if you like Italian food.

Nice Italian restaurant on a central location. Vegan options in the menu. Still I would be very impressed if they could offer vegan pasta or vegan pizza. I believe this would not be hard to arrange

Great food reasonably priced. Very good service. I walked out out of the restaurant without my phone. The waiter noticed the phone and came out afterwards. I'm a very pleased customer and will return.

It's not the first time for me here, but today I felt ignored. We took the table at 8.30 and now it's 10 before 10pm, we still don't have our drinks. Very bad

That's a good restaurant but there are some random people trying to sell you things like socks flowers and stuff.

Amazing food and comes extremely quickly, especially the vegan options - even for someone who's not a fan of certain ingredients, it's still wonderfully delicious, and it was open with available places on the evening of 25th Dec

The 🍕 was very delicious, service was very pleasant, soft music nice atmosphere i would be happy to visit again

Every time when I'm in Plovdiv, I come here to eat a good pizza in the city center. Prices are OK for a restaurant directly in the city center. Pizza is delicious and the waitresses are kind and friendly.

The waitress was extremely rude and basically put me agains the wall saying “where is my tip” and than she went back to “find me change” and never returned. Also, there were two pizza sizes, she didn’t inform me that and of course, she brought me the more expensive one. And of course, they played the old Balkan trick of saying “our card machine is with problem” (we all know it’s to avoid taxes)

Having been served a Caprese Salad containing pieces of glass, we were certainly not impressed. The waiter was appalled that this had happened and told us we’d receive a discount. Management decided 10% would be sufficient. What an insult!
