Burger is dry & tasteless: too much bread; low quality beef and sauces. Wings are bad. My friend got food poisoning, went to the hospital, and was very sick for a week.

Ordered Firfly meal. Took about 20 mins to get it. The meat tasted fine. The bun was kind thick and too big for the burger. The fries were fine.

The food is really good and the place is really nice.. but I don’t think it’s sanitary to serve your burgers in wooden plates that are not food-grade and can’t be cleaned and washed out..

There's no parking available, but it is very recommended for families and friends.

It's so delicious i like it service is so good everything is fresh and clean i think that you should try it as soon as possible you will be in love with it

Delicious burger but not all the type

The burger is suuuuper delicious, the sandwiches portions are huge! BUUUT, it takes ages to get your order! The chips arrived way earlier than the burgers, the drinks were not cold, and some meals arrived a bit cold. Ho2, the staff was great and addressed oyr concerns professionally. A definite recommendation, I hope they will address the small issues.

I visited Firefly on Eid day and found the staff to be helpful in finding us a seat. However, we had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for our burgers after receiving only fries. When the burgers finally arrived, they were nothing special - too much bread and sauce. In my opinion, the Firefly in Amman had better taste.

This place is very stylish concept,and have a good staff. This food also delicious when see and taste.But the buffalo sauce taste for me not very good exactly compared with honey mustard sauce so good actually.
