I’m so disappointed in this grocery store. I bought frozen chicken from here and it smelled horribly foul once defrosted. What’s more, the condiments and pantry items are near expiration. It seems like a lot of empty space, and feels like it’s going out of business. I shopped alone in the morning. The parking lot is not kept well and has pot holes. If you take the escalator upstairs you’ll find different retailers. There’s an interesting hijab shop with a nice variety of pretty selections. Also, there’s a discount store that offers everything for half a dinar- we even snagged cute little hello kitty personal fans (pink and red)- definitely going there again 😄

This mall had good start, but the less in management destroyed it, Irbid Malls and stores cannot be taken as Amman ones, the amount of income in Irbid is less, but they didn't take care of this problem, so stores such as Sameh Mall, Safe way and others failed to live there. Sameh Mall is not clean, not well designed, you don't need someone to tell you where the toilets are, you can smell them from a far distance, almost all the Mall smells as Toilets. They need lots of good work, another new management, to be better.

Big market but nothing to find

Check the expiration date for ever item. Their staff is bad.

Vegetables and fruits are terrible quality. Almost ruined, not fresh. Most of the other products are nearing expiration date. But you can find some really nice products that you don't usually find in other places even if for a limited time.

I personally don't like huge spaces where you have to run around to find what you want. It's spacious and yet it doesn't have many varieties on items...
