I do highly recommend going in the morning, when the garden is almost empty, other wise you will be underwhelmed by how unsettling the scenery is at night, specially with all the loud noises and crowds. The garden has potentials, it is very well designed. A lot of family designated areas. It was truly a fun way to spend the morning.
