Absolutely not a 4 or 5 star place. Staff was nice, some of them more attentive than others but in general positive. The hotel itself is old - do not believe that it was refurbished. The lobby was and that's it... Food is boring, with limited options and quantities. In general lack of leadership and very hierarchical culture is stopping this place from being amazing. But remember, holiday is a state of mind so you can still enjoy your time in Tunisia 😊
