Amazing location, breeze breathing, nice facilities, managed by lack of experience. SIMPLE like this. While you enjoying the view and filling your brain by oxygen, you will be disturbed by lazy staff, miss organizations, sheeting, dirt all over the premises including the cottages, no maintenance, danger hazards, fly's, missing items from mini bar, ...etc. Not recommended for more than short one hour visit to have soft drink.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Noor Resort, and I must say it was an underwhelming experience from start to finish. The first issue we encountered was with the check-in process. Despite booking our reservation well in advance, there was a significant delay, and the promised us that they will give us a private hut with overlooking to the forest , then they gave us a normal one between other huts. The furnishings were worn-out, and the room had a musty odor. It was evident that the resort had not invested in any recent renovations, leaving us feeling like we were stuck in a time warp. the customer service throughout our stay was subpar. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and didn't make any effort to address the issues we raised. It was evident that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. Overall, my experience at Noor Resort was far from enjoyable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. With so many other beautiful resorts in the area, it's best to explore other options that prioritize guest satisfaction and deliver on their promises.

We went there for lunch but we don't know about the rooms. The place is amazing, the view is something can't be described by words. We ordered Guava and lemon with ment juice. And mix grilled and lamb ribs. We also ordered watercress salad and hommos. Everything was delicious and I will definitely visit it again. The only disadvantage was slow service.

Very good place, friendly staff, Mo'taz very helpful. Can speak in eng. We had booked the entire place for our event but somehow there is some miscommunication when the restaurant is keep allowed outside customer to come even though we had booked the entire place. Overall its nice, very nice view

1.We waited for one hour before they even bring the water 2. They brought the food and forgot about the plates and utensils 3. The French fries was as cold as ice 4. The bread was cold and dry 5. Humus was sweet 6. The grilled onions weren’t grilled 7. The service was too slow and unprofessional 8. No chairs for toddlers
