Very nice place to stay at Kaushani. Room is clean, service is also good. Main thing is food, they serve excellent quality food, very very tasty. Another thing, the owner has taxi, we hired him to go to Chaukori, Kaushani and Corbett. Rate is very reasonable and car service is very good. Those who wants to go for sightseeing in Kaushani and another places can hire taxi from him.

The location of rooms and view from rooms is mesmerising. The food is home cooked food and very yummy too. It is definitely best place to stay in Kausani and budget friendly too.

A small growing homestay is awesome. I visit here with my husband & stayed here for 2 days and they gave us the best room where the view was excellent, you can clearly see the total Himalayan range from the room itself and service we got was top class. Mathura Prasad dada the owner & his family was awesome, they served us the best food. I strongly recommend the place for stay here in Kausani. We also hired mathura Prasad dada's car and as our guide and driver. He has his own car. He is the best driver & guide I have ever seen. It was an ecstatic experience at Ananda Homestay. As you enter the homestay, you get mesmerized by the clear view of The Himalayas. The rooms are very cosy. Hospitality of the owner Mathura prasad is unmatchable.They serve home cooked food which is lip smacking. The location is too good...Mathuraji also provides taxi service. We hired his taxi services for our seven day tour. He covered all beautiful and some unexplored places of kumaon in Uttrakhand.Overall it was a wonderful and satisfying stay. Would surely visit the homestay again and recommend not to miss the place if you are in kausani...

We stayed here for 1month and worked from home. Amazing views. Good food. Great hospitality. Mathura ji helped us in many occasions with our requests, and rearranged the wifi router so that we get better range. Good wifi. Worked for 1 month and attended the lot of meetings. The wifi was great for most part. But there were a couple of days when it was flaky. But still manageable. Place is about 2 kms away from market. We get shared transport to and fro if we wait on the road.

Perfect location in Kausani, I stayed for 2 days as it was a wonderful experience. The room was neat and clean, very good service, and overall a very good experience. You have access to the kitchen so you can also cook. The owner is also very friendly.

It's a true home stay. Good value for money, the host family is super friendly and if you order food you get what they eat. Truly home cooked meals. The rooms are clean but very simple. Extra blankets and towels were provided. The view is amazing on clear days. Car parking is available.

minutes ago on Google The homestay's location is fabulous. It's 3 Kms from Kausani towards Garur. The Himalayan range from Mt Chaukhamba to Mt Panchachulli is clearly visible from the 1st floor balcony and terrace. Trishul and other peaks are visible from the room, too. It's a very quiet place, great for solitude. The clean and spacious room with similar toilet is comfortable. I was there from 17/11 to 19/11. Mr Mathura Prasad, the owner and Rohit, the helping hand, are very helpful and well behaved. Food is simple and tasty. It would help to have a room heater as an option.

We had zeroed down on Ananda homestay after seeing reviews & talking to owner Mathuraji & it turned out to be excellent choice. Rooms r cozy with clean washrooms & the view of Himalaya range just outside from room in the morning is mesmerizing. The best part was home made food especially prepared for us without onion/garlic as per our requirement. Mathiraji & his family treats u like their guest. Would recommend this for family stay

The services provided by mathura bhaiya and his family were excellent. His hospitality and humble behaviour are beyond words.The homely prepared food was yummy. The rooms are bit small (because it's a homestay at valley) but very neat and clean. Unfortunately I didn't witness the Himalayan valley due to hazy weather condition.

A few days before Holi, I suddenly made a plan to go solo to Kausani. I searched few homestays in Kausani. The reviews of Ananda Homestay were excellent on Google map. I stayed here for a two nights and my whole experience was is really awesome. Rooms are big enough and toilet is really clean. View from homestay is really awesome...its just in front of the valley. so you can see the whole mountain range and the rising sun . Lets talk about food...it could be your personal choice but for me The food is such that you will miss your home food. I had already told Bhaiya ji that I will eat the normal food you eat and that was my best part of this trip. The owner is very friendly , jolly and helpful. It was a really a great experience and i would like to recommend this home stay to other travelers. If you are nature lover and If you want to feel like home.. Ananda Home Stay is for you.

A perfect place to stay in kausani in a budget way. Rooms are spacious and clean. The owner and his wife are very welcoming people and so down to earth. Bhabhi took care of all of our request and even made some munchings for us in evening. Food was delicious, the best dish I had was chole and kadi. The owner has a taxi also and you can hire for some trips to places like rudragiri. We were on a workation and wifi was uninterrupted with high speed. The highlight is majestic view from every corner of the property and their little daughter Sona❤️❤️
