Highly recommend this place for vacation with family. Room service is very good. The scenic view from hotel is fantastic. There are indoor and out door play area. Kids had lots of fun. Tried breakfast, lunch and dinner. Awesome taste. Campfire and fun events organized during campfire are engaging and entertaining.

Amazing location among the green mountains with pleasant weather. Great place for entire family members. One can relax in the arms of mother nature and kids can enjoy the range of indoor and outdoor games. Spacious banquet halls with expansive lawns to celebrate lifetime remembering moments with near and dear ones. The best part is, well trained and friendly natured staff offering excellent services. Good and clean rooms with balcony open to beautiful scenarios of nature, blowing the cool breeze. The view of ☀️ rise and sunset gives great pleasure to one's eyes and ❤️. It's a great experience. Coming to the food, the quality was good, tasty and served very well including the snacks at the lawn. Overall a great ambiance and a place for anyone to relax and enjoy nature.

We have stayed here for 4 nights with family and it was an excellent experience. The rooms are bigger than usual, location is good. View from the hotel is also nice. Best was the hospitality of the staff. Couple of things to improve: Dining hall cannot sustain peak crowd. Staff should also be more to manage crowd. Overall a great experience!!

Hotel ambience is good, scenery is good, play area is excellent for both adults and kids. Staff were very kind and friendly. The amenities were good. We had stayed in the superior room, the view was good, the amenities were good. We liked the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Rooms were clean and well maintained. A noteworthy detail - Hotel is situated outside the main area and there are no shops outside. The only negative point is that Car parking is not monitored by CCTV and parking is at owners risk.

We had booked our stay at hotel highland by Accord and it was a very horrible experience. To start with when we checked in on the 23 rd the room that was provided to us was shabby and dirty specially the wash room.we were somehow trying to manage as we were mostly out for sight seeing. When we got back in the night there was no power in our room it was all dark and scary and then after multiple attempts the hotel staff fixed it. The extra bed that we had booked for and had been provided was very uncomfortable. Then again in the morning we went for breakfast around 9:50 am and to our surprise everything was over.. There was no bread for the guests.. and the fruits were rotten when I checked with the manager he said bread is over…Is this the service of a 4 start hotel??????? Not sure on what BASIS these people have got 4.8 star rating.. as the services, food and facilities were pathetic than a 2 star hotel… pls beware of this hotel and Don’t go by rating..Beware of this hotel.,,

However, ongoing renovations significantly detract from the peaceful escape it promises, introducing unwanted noise that undermines the serene experience sought by travelers.

The property is beautiful and service levels are good. There was no proper heating in the room. The hotel provided us with heaters but those were not in proper working conditions - this was disappointing. The gym was unkempt, there was no handsanitiser, though the equipments were in good working condition , I had to tell the reception to clean the dust on the equipments. I personally did not like the bathrooms as they appeared too old, not properly maintained , with doors and corners rusted. I had some diet restrictions when I visited the property, the chef was courteous enough to prepare special smoothie for my breakfast. The service boys were also helpful.

So the hotel's location was amazing. That is one of the plus points of the hotel. As for the rooms, they were neat and clean and hygiene was top notch. The food quality was good and met the expectations I had from the accord chain of hotels. However given the review, the reason I had given it 4 star is because I would mention 2 negative experiences here. the first one being the room service. We had left a tidy up symbol at the door knob, and when we returned to our room after a few hours, the room had not been cleaned up. The second downside is that the variety of food in the buffet is just ok. The non veg section had minimal choice while the veg section was loaded with options. It's a paradise for the vegetarians but I can't say the same for the meat eaters. One thing however I liked about the hotel is the concept of snacks provided for a certain period in the evening. You just have to walk down few steps to the lawn and they'll provide you with tea, coffee or snacks available. Overall a good experience.

It's an old school hotel. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The interiors of rooms are a bit shabby and need renovation. However, the location is great with many indoor facilities. Limited food options for vegetarians. Again, it's not a problem if your stay is for 4 to 5 days. Would surely recommend for families as I found it very safe.

Don’t go by the negative reviews. It’s my second time at this resort n it’s very good. Rooms are spacious. Kids will enjoy, they have a lot of games and activities for kids. Beautiful surroundings n cleanliness is maintained. Food is also good. They have a good breakfast spread as well. Only thing is they can upgrade the washrooms with a normal shower, it’s difficult for aged people to use the bath tubs. Other than that the resort is pretty good

It is a great place especially with kids. Food is awesome. Lots of non-spicy options for toddlers. Loved the free evening high-tea with various snacks. Also enjoyed your free indoor games. My only request is to allow books to be issued to the rooms so that we can read in the comfy beds with a cosy blanket.

Amazing property to stay in ooty Airport. The location is good. The hotel staff was very nice. Smooth check in check out. Cleanliness is top notch as expected. The breakfast spread was really good and had lots of items that could be requested. 10/10 would return.The chef Mr. Thomas was very cooperative and helpful. The team was superb! It was like a home🏡 .

Stayed in Accord for two days. Excellent ambiance, room and especially the food. Rooms have no AC but you don't really need it even during the summer. The tea, coffee and snacks provided on evening was fantastic. The view from the hotel was awesome. One should not miss the bonfire session. The hotel also has parking facility. Safe and Pleasant stay especially for couples.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the beautiful scenario of nature and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. Again, we will surely plan in future.

Very good hotel & extremely co-operative staff. Everyone was very warm & always ready to help. Special mention to the Chef Thomas, he went out of the way to help us prepare maharashtrian food for our son who is in boarding school in Ooty. And if we did not go to the restaurant for lunch they used to personally call and ask if we are coming. Thanks for amazing hospitality.

Accord Highland, located in Ooty, is a stunning accommodation. I really enjoyed my experience there. This hotel is located in the middle of beautiful nature with stunning mountain views. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly and ready to help. The food is delicious, especially the local dishes. I also like the swimming pool and other recreational facilities provided by this hotel. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Ooty.

Location-Superb,away from noise and traffic...With a great view from 3 sides... Amenities- Different kind of activities daily,play area is good with many games to enjoy,most of the games are complementary... Food-Tasty,and spread is also good... Rooms-Neat and clean rooms... Spacious and with a view... Staff - All have a smiling face,they make you feel you are at home... I forgot my gold in room,when I called them they immediately delivered me my watch and gold...

Stayed at Accord Highland Ooty for 2 nights in Nov 23. Property is located at a great location surrounded by mist covered valley. They have many games for kids and this it's a great place for families with kids. Enjoyed playing here with my son. They arrange for tea/ coffee and hot snacks in evening near this misty valley which is lovely experience in chilling weather of ooty. Food at restaurant is good and multiple options for breakfast. Rooms are spacious but appear aged since it's an old property and only a few of them have valley view . But what makes the difference in overall experience is the amazing service by hotel staff. Would like to specifically mention Mr. Manigandan who is always there to check for the needs of guests and makes them feel at home. All in all it was a great stay at this amazing place and we really enjoyed it.

Loved our stay there at Accord Highland. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing and tasty. Rooms were very clean and loved the resort. They also have complimentary evening Tea and snacks which you can enjoy with your family. They have few outdoor and indoor games. It’s a beautiful property with mountain view. Recommend if you are planning to just stay at the hotel and relax.

Front desk staff are quick to process check in and check out. All the staff are kind and ready to help with anything you need. Plenty of parking space available. Lots of indoor and outdoor games in the garden area with bon fires and tea stall. Breakfast had limited items but good in taste. Large clean rooms with slightly old bathrooms fittings. Highly recommend this hotel to families who are looking to enjoy their stay.

It has a great scenic view from the restaurant. We enjoyed the view while having lunch. The food was average based on price. The tomato soup tasted more like sauce and wasn’t worth taking. The manager also missed 2 orders and we cancelled it later. Service could be faster and improved.

It was a great stay. Good and clean rooms. Good service and extra ordinary food. Play area provided is too good and accommodate much people. Evening snacks at lawn was good. Provided all the required amenities. On the negative side, There was no lift. So people who have aged people or similar requirements do check with hotel for required kind of rooms. You get good view but don't expect much nature view.

We had booked 3 rooms for 3 days for a family trip. CONS > No Elevator/lift. Not suggested for elder travelers / travelers with disabilities. > Rooms do not have A/C / Heating. Rooms are fitted with A/C blower and Switches but they don't work. It feels stuffy and suffocating. When we complained about it, they gave us a table fan and a portable heater. > Slightly older property, not maintained well. PROS > Good location, bit away from town > Decent Food > Staff were OK Not worth the money. For the premium rate they charged, it was a rip off

I had been here with family and I liked this location very much. So quite, calm and peaceful. The room was good but the wash room was a kind of old. The restaurant guys called our extension number and was trying to market their food which was quite disturbing otherwise the service was good. There is no lift in this hotel which may be little tough for the senior citizens. Check in and check out experience was good.

This accommodation in the Queen of Hills adds a Precious stone to the Queens crown. One of the best places to stay and to enjoy the fullest of nature. Food is incredibly good and the stay was even more better. Staff are highly knowledgeable about the area and the surrounding and are very friendly. Note: You have our respected ancestors (Monkeys) also there so be watchful when you are around with snacks in your hands.

There is no such thing called view in this resort and the resort staffs acknowledges the same. If you simply want to eat and enjoy the branding provided by accord then you can opt for it and if you also willing to pay around 15k for their cottage. Even during off season they charge exorbitant prices. Something else we observed at the staff who are working in accord is they look at the class of the people and decide even to welcome or greet them when enquired for rooms. Every class of people should be treated equally irrespective to how they appear and I think its time for people to consider other upcoming resorts in Ooty where they provide good service and reasonable pricing/ treats guest with utmost respect.

Rooms and great food, offers decent entertainment for your little ones with a play area. The hotel has a gym and ample space to rejuvenate yourself. The property is close to Doddabetta, we also got a chance to see a wild buffalo grazing outside from the window of our room. Cons: No elevator is available in the property so Book your rooms on the first floor if you travel with elderly members.

Recently stayed for 2 nights First took the SUPERIOR ROOM , it was awesome and stayed here in this room for one night, the room was very neat, good facilities( soaps, towel, shower gel, body lotion, iron box, heater, table fan). The room had good view of mountains. Second day took the cottage room which was fabulous and tremendous with luxury. The room had 2 balconies and with all amenities required along with small kitchen. Both rooms had hot water 24 hrs , amazing friendly staff and services where quick as we request. Coming to the food part it was 9/10. The breakfast buffet was super delicious and the dinner restaurant was super tasty. 100% recommended for family and couple’s. Least but not last the fun activities were good and kids will have amazing time there.

Loved staying here and had an amazing family time. For kids there is a game zone and in the evening from 5:30 PM there is a complementary tea and 7:30pm - 8:30pm there is a DJ/ music and bonfire in the evening as well. Food and services are also good. This hotel is in high peak, with a beautiful view and fog ❤️👌

Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed there few weeks back. Staff we welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable but no view. Morning breakfast buffet had excellent spread. Hotel also has recreational activities for all age group, both indoor and outdoor. However, the USP is the small tea stall and the location. Simply mesmerizing and picturesque. Enjoyed the stay.
