Nice tower. Many good clinics with really good Doctors. Only down side is they have 2 elevators and they don't handle the foot fall. Sometimes you wait a long time to reach your floor.

Very bad experience especially in Jarallah laboratory…I submitted blood for glucose test since I was pregnant, yet when I was asking for the result after a month, there is none…they weren’t able to process…very terrible!!! 😡 The staff is not even apologetic of what had happened, yet hide from me after I asked for the result. Very unprofessional!!! Not likely to recommend.

I’ve been several times in Dr. Tohami clinic doing facial, yet this time will be my last. The facial specialist doesn’t care about customer service she’s always on the phone while working on your skin which is annoying specially when you’re in pain, also she don’t respect your time always arrives late and it’s too expensive.

They are AMAZING! I went today to get my PCR test for traveling, and I had a small problem: I don't have a local phone number. They said that it was no problem, and I was registered and swabbed in about five minutes. They said that I could reach out via WhatsApp to request my results later, and when I did, they sent me the results less than 6 hours after I had the swab. Moreover, everyone that helped me was kind, and the person who manages their WhatsApp (66057333) is fantastic at their job!

I had surgery there. Doctor left yhe clinic and then they don't want to follow up. The receptionist literally said cant do anything for u.They take your money then bye. Worst experience in health facility in my life. Regretted my choice.

Sadly it was a very bad experience, and the doctor did not solve my skin issue. He actually made it worse. Also apparently when u take an appointment and expect the doctor to be waiting for you, he rather take another patient and make you wait. So turn around and go to another clinic for better results.

Worse experience ever. PCR results not received until I called. No response over the phone. No help even when physically in the centre. Don't ever try this centre.

Professional and friendly staff Dr. Grantos and her staff were able to schedule me during the time I needed. They were very caring and attentive. I don't have a Kuwait phone number but they were able set everything up using WhatsApp. I would highly recommend Dr. Grantos for your medical needs.

I took a long time to do the pcr, however I reached the place couple of minutes ago, place wasn’t crowded at all but the service is too slow. I got my result after a couple of hours.. price is reasonable too ( I paid 5 kuwaiti dinars only)

Very organized and Tech advanced systems. On the downside, they took a long time to create E-record for me and end up entering incorrect name.

Visited Jarallah today for laser.(Dr Ahmed Alaaeldin clinic ) .Highly recommended. Technician Rose is extremely professional and superb with her work. Also Lina at the reception is quite helpful and very humble.. Now on for me only this place for laser .keep up the good work team.

Worse place to take the PCR test! No results after 15 hrs. Customer service it's non existing. They don't answer phone calls nor messages. The one start its for the people working in the drive through given the test.

At the pandamic time, there's no 9ne to check your temperature at entrance, no sanitizer, no cleaning staff, seems like you're at public square, no one cares, moreover you have to double check your details as the employee who's filling your details careless and can just write anything wrong specially mobile number...good luck

Due to the quality of their services, this clinic has outgrown its expansion plans. A visitor may get quality Healthcare here, but may be forced to walk within 3-4 buildings. Hopefully they'll have a better plan.

Only superviser has access to emails. Airways sending email to them for doing PCR but supervisor is not in place. Supervisor unreachable

I got my pcr for my flight from here and I got it like exactly 12 hours after the swap and I have done it for 2 times the other one was around 10 hours the pace is clean. Notice that if you are doing a pcr to travel you can get some discount from some airline companies so make sure to have your ticket info with you yo get the discount

I went to the COVID-19 test only, and it was super fast and cheap it is only 16 KD and the result takes only 6 hours.

Went to the Ortho clinic on the 12th floor for lower back pain. Had x-rays taken, nerve test of my lower extremities, and eventually an MRI. The MRI was open so there was no tube, which I really appreciated. Dr Husam was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff on the 12th floor were all great! My only issue was the ladies in the insurance section downstairs. They were rude and displayed terrible customer service.

Was at the drive thru PCR center. Excellent staff early morning of the 13th of September. I was advised I may be too early for the test to take a risk of not lasting 72 hours and asked to come back late night. I did so, unfortunately same staff were not there even though they told me they had the late shift. But the process was fast, smooth and got the results in 6 hours. Just be warned, the test still packs a wallop....wish someone would come up with something easier.

My recent encounter with the head of the complaints department and the WhatsApp support was rather disappointing. Upon contacting the complaints department to address an issue, I was shocked by the rudeness displayed by the department head. Instead of offering a sympathetic ear, they were dismissive and unhelpful. As the head of the department, I expected a more professional and understanding approach. Furthermore, my experience with the WhatsApp support team was no better. After sending a message seeking assistance, I waited for an unreasonably long time without receiving any response. It's disheartening to be ignored when trying to resolve a concern through official channels. As a customer, I believe that timely and respectful communication is vital, especially when seeking help or resolution for any problems. Unfortunately, my interactions with both the complaints department head and the WhatsApp support did not meet these basic expectations. I sincerely hope that they will take steps to address these issues within their customer service department, ensuring that all employees, including those in leadership roles, are trained to handle complaints with more empathy and professionalism. Moreover, improving response times and attentiveness in their WhatsApp support would go a long way in enhancing the overall customer experience.

The worst possible place for a person to go for treatment... endless waiting... very bad treatment from the staff
