    Bad customer services. I have to look for the salesmen and when i ask him about the devices I’m interested in he is not answering my questions about the device and tell me to go to xcite and would leave in the middle of the store to go drink his tea. So i just left and not willing to give my money to this store.

    Very bad service shuwaik. Branch. Casher Egyptian man very bad. I purchased items was damaged he refuse to give money he advised me to come collect money next day . our time and money No value . customers also no value

    They only display their agencies products. so the selection maybe less. however the brands they represent are well equipped. i went searching for musical instruments in the shuwaikh store thinking it would be available at their largest store. however musical instruments are displayed only at their salmiya store.

    I've been coming to this branch of AL Yousifi since it opened. I like everything about it except the customer service! Always there is a problem! Either no one to help or who is helping is in a hurry to finish with you! A lot of them don't know their stuff. This place has a lot of potential needs a better staff.

    Store is great with wide variety of equipment. Don't go Friday morning though, unless you don't mind waiting. There was only 1 sales person for the whole ground floor!
