A well organised electrical and white goods store In Salmiya. the variety and prices of the goods were amazing, and had few promotions. The staff were friendly and well Informed about the goods

I love this store. It is one of the bigger xcites with lots of products on display. I browse here every month looking for deals. They often have last item deals that are really good if you are lucky.

Worst experience ever from the sales and technical team. Bought a new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and unfortunately the volume down button is not working properly. It has completely lost its click. I took my phone back only to know that 14 days replacement promise is nothing but a scam. They were not at all helping me out and lying to my face that the volum button is working fine. So guys, Do think again before our purchasing from Xcite. Especially from the cube mall branch

Staff is friendly but prices for many items are higher than other stores. For example, you can get an item in another store or order it online for 105 KD, but here, it was 125 KD.

Big store has all the electronics no need to go to the "main" store to pickup what you need. great staff always around and asking you if you need help. no waiting in line. Parking is accessible from the cube mall parking area. my to go Xcite

Very hot, no ac working. Very slow cashier. After a long wait & taking the item I wanted to the cashier, they said its reserved for an online order. Bad experience, items on display should be for sale not reserved for online orders which typically have their own warehouse storage.

Really good Xcite location and it's a big store with everything available to try and check. It's also 24 hours and can go anytime after midnight to shop there freely if it's crowded. Lots of parking from the front side and also from the main side of cube mall (beach side). Staff are very helpful and can take the items you order to your car as well.

I don't like the attitude of the person in the installment department in cube mall, I feel like she looks down on me because my salary is not included in the bank statement. First of all, my two months salary is cash. it's okay if she doesn't work but I hope she treats customers well.

The ink cartridge that I was supposed to buy "that is on display"is not available on your system so I have to take a similar but less printing capacity.

Not a big store but you can still get various brands. Just like any X-cite stores. You can even pay here and collect from other store.

Hello good morning, im one of your valued customers in xcite cube mall, and i can forgot how rude your staff for someone who wants to check and buy something and just to check which is more way better, i’ve been in xcite between 1am to 1:30am, please if this person will face all of your customers in that way we will not happy to shop at xcite. The person who was helping me with picking a washing machine was extremely unhelpful. He seemed like he just wanted to finish with me quick and does not care about selling me the washer. Do not go to this Xcite if you are planning to buy a washer.

i have case with service center , they promised that waranty part will arrive after 6 days then after 6 days nothing happens , another 6 days nothing , another 6 no one is piking up the phone , i asked for manger and no manager in service center , the kuwaiti guys there is too busy drinking coffee so no help, why al ghanim become so low like this ??

One of the bigger excited al-ghanim stores that you will find in Kuwait. Has 2 levels of Store first floor and a ground floor. On the ground floor is mostly electronics UN on the first floor is is bigger electric electronics household appliances

Place is showing its age . Decent selection of electronics to provide your needs . Still the customer service is very low there was no greeting whatsoever they will acknowledge you once u start selecting something . I went there because I wanted to buy a TV I was assested after almost 15 minutes of reading the descriptions.. I didn't buy because the model I wanted is not available and they advised me to go to another location where its available but I couldn't for this moment . Still a good place to find good offers and lots of option in regards house appliances and small electronics. Mobile phones and accessories

Took along time to get help. Then one of my items was not ready at the cashier counter. It took them a long time to get it sorted. Then when i got home, they had given me the wrong item. I had asked for an HDMI Video splitter, 1 input to two outputs. They gave me a 2 inputs to 1 output switcher. Either they dont have what you need many times or the staff has no understanding of the items they sell.

One of the best electronics stores in Kuwait. The widest variety of everything you may want. Especially this store is big and convenient.

the sales team was extremely courteous at the time of purchase, but equally arrogant and rude when i went back to return...esp an African and Phillipines lady.... Ive been a frequent customer at Xcite, all my home appliances and mobile phones were purchased here, when i went to return a mixer coz we couldnt understand how its lid closed, the tone of the sales team was extremely poor.. Arrogance at its peak! Wont return here ever...

Sales team is good . They speak English and Arabic. But the guy at the cash counter didn't speak English and it was so awkward to understand what he speaks.
