I often tell my loved ones and friends on the mainland that they should come see me here. The property was very clean and pristine in every respect. For me, this is a significant advantage. I looked for anything to criticize, but I couldn't find anything. They had everything a person could possibly dream or think of having. They provided a wide variety of beach and pool accessories, such as floats, chairs, and other items. The mattresses and pillows were very clean and offered an exceptional level of comfort. The kitchen contained almost everything that we could possibly need. Anything that comes to mind immediately. Now, I'm aware that the state of the villas might change depending on who owns them, but on the whole, they were in really good shape. To an almost perfect degree And don't even get me started on the incredible views from the rooms!

Absolutely stunning!!! The condos are kept updated and spotless with all the amenities you could need and then some. There is a small grocery 5 minutes away and a Safeway, Costco and Target 10 minutes or so away. The resorts to either side seemed rowdier and noisier, while Ko Olina was quieter and cozier. If you're looking to avoid the noise of parties, this may be the right place for you.

We stayed in unit 121 which had a fantastic patio and great access to pool and the beach. The staff was great and very friendly. Why I am giving two stars is based on the check out policy. We paid almost $1000/night and they had the audacity to tell us we had to strip the beds and empty the dishwasher. You aren’t even asked to do this at a HolidayInn. I was honestly blown away with this expectation and won’t be staying here again due to this experience.

One of the reasons our trip to Hawaii was so amazing is because of where we stayed! The beach villa was wonderful. The villa is right in front of the pool and lagoon #2. We were there during Halloween and the resort had a little Halloween event our 5 year old was able to participate in. The place was so perfect it made it difficult to leave. We hope to come back to Hawaii and stay here again!

Great place, condos were very nicely appointed. Smaller than the surrounding resorts which means the lagoon is always more quiet. Pool is wonderful, lap pool was closed during our visit due to re-tiling but the lagoon pool was still not overly busy. Management and employees were always very friendly and accommodating. Ko Olina itself is awesome. Everything you need is here so you don’t ever need to leave the community. Condos even come with beach chairs, a cooler and snorkeling gear, plus sand toys for the little ones. We even say turtles while snorkeling in the lagoon. Next time we come to Oahu we will be coming back.

Beautiful resort, stayed there twice but on our second stay we realized at the end of the trip the room was infested with BED BUGS. We had a great trip that is now overshadowed by worry about possibly bringing them home.

We were so pleased with this property! It was everything that is advertised. Our family had a wonderful time! Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own private bathroom which was so nice. The spacious kitchen/living area was so comfortable for a family dinner. We were happy that our grandparents who were staying next door at Marriott were allowed to come over and park to have dinner with us. We were pleased that it had all the beach towels, toys, boogie boards & snorkel gear available for use. It also had sufficient washing machine & dishwasher soap available. I had tried to call the management prior to this trip to ask about these amenities but was unable to find anyone that knew. Each room is owned by different property managers so it can be confusing to get info about your particular unit. During this trip, we also stayed next door at Aulani. Both are similarly high priced. We found this room at the Beach Villas to be superior. This condo was more spacious and in a quiet location with a great ocean view. We REALLY appreciated the 2 free parking spaces! The outdoor area at Aulani is superior, and of course, Aulani is a lot more kid-friendly overall. Parking at Aulani is now $40/night. Thanks for a great visit! We would definitely return again but it will take years to save enough money :)

Our room was well done, and it had all we needed to stay comfortably for 2 weeks. The view was beautiful. 2 pools, 3 hot tubs. Staff were friendly and helpful! I don't think you could ask for a better location on the west side of Oahu.

Beautiful location. Choices of calm/quiet pool, lagoon-style pool with bar, or ocean lagoon. Villas are spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Lanai balcony was a hit for relaxing in the warmth.

These Villas are quite beautiful in a great location with beach access next the the gorgeous Disney resort. The pools are nice as are the Jacuzzis. It can get a bit crowded due to them being a bit smaller in size. I highly recommend the beach or ocean facing towers for the view. You bring your own food, but they do offer new appliances, washer/dryer, and some beach/pool items in the closets. My only complaint is that we paid $500 extra for a Covid cleaning and there was food in the couches and spots on the floor. Don't pay that.

This place Is very well maintained and seems brand new. We love the view of the pools and ocean from the lanai, not to mention the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. The view from the bedrooms overlook the 9th fairway at Ko’Olina Golf Club and provide a view of the sunrise. The beach at our lagoon is clean and inviting. We snorkeled and saw a variety of fish and a turtle whose shell was about 2’ in diameter. All of the staff, from groundskeepers, to check-in, to Jordan, who “showed us the ropes” in our unit (and pushed our luggage cart) were so friendly and welcoming. They all enhanced our stay.

THEIR CHARGING STALL IS A HOUSEHOLD PLUG!! everything else was really great and good service and pool and everything not crowded and clean but this was the first time renting a Tesla and never really experienced it before but I would not rent one anywhere. The stress to charge it to just make it back to the rental station terrible but this place said they had a charger. It is a household plug and just a parking spot. Then also they police it and only for 3 hours for you. They also get mad at you for charging on any other outlet in your own spot. Really great spot to go and probably will again just don’t expect to charge your car any substantial amount

This was the perfect resort and location. Very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were exceptionally, and the views beautiful.

Horrible customer service they left our room propped open and unattended while doing maintenance work all our valuables were in our room cash credit cards ect they left to get parts while leaning our door open instead of a sympathetic understanding from the resort workers I am given attitude and pawning responsibility on everyone else but themselves it was not the owners fault he is amazing and the room itself is amazing beautiful cozy with beautiful views but front desk personnel ruined it for me unfortunately

So happy we booked a villa here via Airbnb for our family vacation to Oahu. Kids — 5 and 7 — loved the lagoon pool, the beach with protected lagoon/cove, and the koi fish. Much quieter than the Disney hotel to one side and Marriott to the other. Place was beautiful, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained. Great, but expensive, beach bar drinks. Wish they had more food options for adults, but there are plenty of options around the Beach Villas.

A wonderful family vacation spot. Big clean rooms with everything you need. The beach and protected ocean cove was ideal for swimming and children.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which had everything. Fully equipped kitchen, all the beach accessories you need, comfortable beds, great spacious bathrooms and balcony with a beach view. It's very quiet, lots of families and couples. Gym is well equipped with sauna and spa. Access to a beautiful lagoon too. We loved everything about this place. Only recommendation is to have more bar snacks available. Would highly recommend!

Wow! What a beautiful resort! The lagoons were great for being able to relax in the water and for kids to swim! Love the sidewalk that connects to each lagoon as well! The food, drinks, service and staff were all incredible!

The property was very well kept. The view from the OT 10th floor were breath taking. They did such a good job with maintaining COVID reducing measures on the property. It would have been nice to have the bar opened though. I'm sure it could have been accomplished. Would definitely recommend this property for a wonderful vacation!

This is an outstanding place to stay. Having space to spread out in a relaxing atmosphere is the ultimate luxury. The pools are so lovely. There's very little missing compared to a hotel experience other than dining, but there are a large number of walkable restaurants and resorts nearby, so it doesn't feel like a trade off. I felt staying here was the best of all worlds.

This has been a great place for a homebase. The rooms are comfortable and everyone has had their own space to relax plus family space. The beach front has been a great place to relax

Very relaxing stay here. Enjoyed picture perfect sunsets from our balcony every night. Perfect view of the ocean and the lagoons were the perfect way to spend the day.

Beautiful and well maintained man-made lagoons. I like how the nets keep sharks from swimming in. Shower and clean bathrooms are in the area. Parking is free but can be full. We had to wait about 15 minutes before finding a spot.

Amazing resort! I love this resort and will be coming back. The resort is really nice. It has 2 swimming pool, 1 quiet lap pool and a kid friendly pool, a bar and wonderful koi pond. It’s also so close to the beach! Always nice to go on a walk next to the beach to the other resorts too

Our condo was beautiful with spectacular views of the beach. We felt like we were living at home. We had a lovely large table that could seat 6 on the balcony, we ate most of our meals there. The condo came with lawn chairs for the beach and other toys. I would stay here again

Our room was gorgeous. Ground floor 2 bedroom. We sat out onto our beautifully decorated lanais every morning for breakfast. Kids could play in the pools while we watched from the lanais. And just a few short steps to the right was the beach. The lagoon is perfect for kids. Entirely protected waters with sea turtles!! The staff at Ko Olina is amazing. And the villas are 5-10 minute walk (along the ocean) to fantastic restaurants and shops and ABC grocery store. If you are looking for an elegant and kid friendly vacation- Ko Olina is perfect.

This place was amazing! There was a beautiful view and back porch. My family purchased a 2 bedroom room, which was plenty of space for the four of us. The smaller bedroom has two twin beds that could be split or merged perfect for the kids. The customer service was great and there was even a greeter to help us navigate the island and our rooms.

Very nice. We had a two room condo. Tub & shower were separate. Scenery was amazing. You can walk around & swim in each of the four lagoons. There's a plaza w a restaurant in walking distance (bout a mile away). The Luau was awesome; great food. Our room faced the ocean so we could see the sunset every evening. Very relaxing time.

Great place to stay with kids (11 and 13). pool was really nice, lagoon was great for kids that are still learning to swim. Enjoyed that this lagoon was not crowded compared to Disney one nearby. Rooms are great size with everything you need to cook a few meals on your own. Will definitely come back again.
