For me "Harsha" is always the best when it comes to the best product and best service shop in Belgaum. This shop is well stocked with all the essentials products and it also offers discounts also for the products.

Right from branded electronics to cookery and branded dining sets, all under one roof. Price is decent. No bargain. They can't sell cheaper than online prices.

Best place to buy anything from electronics such as TVs ,mobiles and it's accessories, laptops, to house hold appliances such AC,refrigerators, gas stoves, etc...

I purchased Apple Macbook air M1 chip on 18 th Oct 2021...the service given and indepth explanation about Apple product even thoug I again and agin visited store they were very help specially laptop section incharge Kiran kitturkar sir and Manger Pai. Worst installation experience. That guy was so rude. He was behaving as if we have purchased the product for free.. reliance service is far better. Please avoid harsha it is of no use in Belgaum

The place is huge , you could find the latest phones , television and all essential electronics . It also has utensils and all the kitchen accessories needed in day to day life.

It was a great experience buying from Harsha this Republic Day. We talked to Vicky who was very helpful and his in-depth knowledge of every product that we were interested in was commendable and exemplary. He never got bored of our millions of questions and always answered everything aptly and professionally. He made sure we chose the right product after asking us our usage requirements etc. Once we had finalised what we wanted to buy, the Floor Manager Neelakar came in and helped us choose as well as secure a very good rate for the refrigerator and washing machine we bought. He handled our queries and rate discussions very well. Vicky even did all measurements for us to ensure the width and height etc of the products was not a problem within our house. Both Vicky and Neelakar went above and beyond their duties in helping us choose the products and secure them. I would definitely recommend Harsha for any home appliances and electronics any day. I have been to other shops as well but looking at how we were treated and taken care of at Harsha, it should be a no brainer to go with them if you are still deciding where to buy. Harsha even has tie ups with financing institutions for EMI payments. Their servicing and warranty in-house is also great and a good to have option if you are buying something new

I purchased a Godrej refrigerator and it's been 7 days no one visited to provide a demo that was promised during the sales process and billing. Followed up a couple of times with the showroom but they are giving me run around. Won't make any purchases going forward nor recommend anyone.

Very good service every time we shop here. They are polite and explain everything patiently. The shop is very clean and extremely well organised. The ground floor has Electronics, the middle floor has things like fans, ironing boards, etc and the top floor has all cooking stuff & tableware.

Purchased a Haier Fridge at Harsha electronics Belgaum in October 2023 and there was a problem with a freezer part which is causing the food spoilage.This problem was discovered on 4th Jan and committed it will be fixed in 2 days and after long follow up it’s understood it will take 9 more days to fix it. When you call the showroom and want to speak to manager the answer is they are in a meeting at Udupi or leave. Such a pathetic Customer service and no decency to update the Customer about the status of when the problem is fixed. My issues isn’t resolved still. Absolutely unhappy with this purchase!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Bajaj Service Experience I regret to share my disappointing experience with Bajaj's service. Despite purchasing equipment, the service has been subpar. Upon visiting for a service request four times, there has been no response, leaving us frustrated and dissatisfied. To make matters worse, we were pressured to extend our Bajaj insurance policy for an additional two years. This approach reflects a lack of customer-centric values. I regret to inform you that despite assurances from the responsible person, we did not receive the promised service on time unfortunately, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend their service to others.

It's a good place ..lot of appliances ...good service..but absolutely no discounts ..no loyalty points for regular customers..

Worst experience ever. I had brought dell laptop from harsh store in jan 2022. While selling laptop salesman said that if anything is wrong with any part of laptop they will replace the part or if whole laptop is faulty they will replace it. Unluckily the laptop which I brought had touchpad problem. I went to harsh, I told them about the problem. I had even given them video of touchpad not working. But each time i went to them they said laptop had software issues and they have updated it. 3ce I have given them laptop and each time they said the same. They asked me to update touchpad driver whenever issue occurs, but i have other laptop too at home, I don't do any such updation in them. When I spoke with manager, he was so rude in his behavior, (I was told he was sales manager and his name was parshuram). He was like even if we buy faulty things we have to keep it because we have paid for it. My laptop still face this issue sometimes, I use mouse to operate. It's almost a year now after I bought laptop. If ur product is good u have nothing to do with these people, and if by misfortune ur product turns out to be faulty , then these people won't support. While selling product they promise many things but in reality it's not so. Good luck if u shop in harsha. Thank you for your experience Harsha belagavi
