KIN Cafe is a cozy spot, perfect for recharging with a nice coffee and delicious vegetarian breakfast. Fair prices for the area, attentive service. The portions are quite generous too. A must-visit for a satisfying break!

Great food, fantastic customer service and fair prices. It’s such a shame that this place is not 100% vegan but only vegetarian. They should also scale up and rent a bigger place as it’s obvious that there is excess demand and there’s always people waiting for tables.

A fabulous vegan place! I ordered a mix of three salads and was so satisfied with my choice! Great combination of ingredients and filling portions ;) Thank yo for your hospitality and great food! I will definitely visit this place again and recommend it to all my friends. Thank you for this beautiful experience. With love, Oksana

Loveeeeee their food, the service was super quick. several times we had our brunch here. They have different section for weekdays and weekend. (Weekdays have more salad options, weekend is for brunch menu), but both are great! Their coffee is good, and they have karma cola (sort of healthier soda) and it's awesome.

Great start of the day at this vegetarian/vegan cafe. It's rather small, but we managed to get a table outside. Service was really friendly and quick. We loved our plates, and it was really filling. You pay directly with a QR code, tips are included (I didn't really like this, but maybe it's the norm in London?)

Really cute cafe and really nice staff. Was quite busy and we didn't book, but they managed to find us a table. Had a delicious avocado toast with sesame fried tofu and my friend had the vegan waffles. Great portions and absolutely delicious. Accompanied with a good cappuccino & latte (not featured). Will definitely come back to try a sweet dish or the hash/full breakfast. Great quality!

Just what this part of town needs! A vege vegan place that’s open early Sunday to cater for good, tasty and wholesome breakfasts that don’t cost the world. Very well seasoned and vibrant bowls of food. Coffee is great too with a good amount of options, overall a nice vibe that’s similar to something you’d find in more east London, so it’s perfect to have here. Good could have been a bit warmer but otherwise 5/5

I wanna start with how Great the service was and attentive waiter, thank you Food is good, although slightly plain and perhaps lacking seasoning and some originality plus felt like it was cold It somehow felt like a bunch of cooked veggies thrown together in a plate. Tables were so small you can barely fit in or talk I would say if you are after a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, you can find more flavorful and creative. Smoothie was a hit try it out

Food was good, coffee was ok and the service was good. Was just a bit crowded on Saturday afternoon when we went and we kept getting shunted by the table next to us.

I was greeted with a lovely welcome and seated promptly. I ordered the pancakes which were not the greatest. However, spying on all the other orders of food coming out the kitchen - I'm sure if I had chosen another option I'd have been satisfied. The waitresses/servers were very professional and friendly.

Great spot for vegan breakfast! Really great atmosphere and staff and super lovely. Food was tasty and filling, the only downside for me was that my dish was heavily garnished with parsley which I wasn't a fan of, but if you like parsley you'll love this! The tofu scramble and mushroom/potato mix was a highlight. My partner really enjoyed his burrito! And juice was great

A small restaurant I went to for brunch - probably my favourite brunch destination yet. The shakshuka was perfect and the portion sizes are sizeable - couldn’t finish the meal! Would also recommend the Kin Hash. Not sure what they put in the bread but I can’t stop thinking about it and I’m not normally a bread girl. There are vegan pastries/cookies inside if you just want a takeaway (including vegan croissants which you don’t get everywhere!) Very allergen friendly too. Highly recommend, better food and service than other overrated brunch destinations.

Amazing vegan options, took my non-vegan parents for brunch, they absolutely loved it and tried the vegan options. The coffee and matcha were amazing, the vegan breakfast was so delicious and the waffles were the best I've tried! Really lovely to sit outside and the service was great too.

Food quality is amazing. Plate is bit overloaded, i got 1.5 big avocado in my KIN benedict plate which is unusually to get such a generous portion. Table sitting is a bit squash, not quite comfortable. Not vegan or vegetarian type but happy to eat more green, feel healthy!!

This was definitely one of the best vegan friendly restaurants I have ever been to! The food was incredible and the portions were large. They don’t skimp on the protein either 💪 the atmosphere was great too. Good lighting. Good music. Good service. A++++!

The best vegan waffles I’ve ever had! Great quality and delicious food. The menu is small but everything they make is top notch. The coffee is always perfect, and their selection of cakes and pastries are so good! I will find any excuse to go back again and again.

It was an interesting experience dining outdoors in wobbly chairs and tables. Coffee was really good. Soup was delicious but would have been better without the carrots, as they required chewing and I usually prefer to slurp my soup 😁

Delicious vegan breakfast! The 'veganised' full breakfast was spicy but one of the best I've had. Really tasty and a decent variety of foods (see pic). Coffee was also good and toilets were clean.

One of the best coffees I’ve had in London. And I drink a lot of coffee! The outdoor seating is absolutely darling. It’s south facing and therefore gets a glorious amount of sunshine, yet the area is shaded by a couple of sparsely leafed trees to provide relief in the middle of the day. The wifi didn’t extend outside well, but I managed to connect to the Italian restaurant’s next door which had no password, haha. Highly recommend!

overall: one of my go-to cafes with excellent (vegetarian & vegan) food & stable wifi. big portion, better eaten as brunch than lunch. kin breakfast 🍅🥬🍞🧀🍄: 2 versions of tofu - silky scrambled & spicy chewy, equally addicting. mushroom, spinach potato hash is filled with umami flavour. slight twist to normal baked beans, with kidney beans added & less ketchup flavour. comes also with halloumi, grilled tomatoes & toasted sourdough. (this is the vegan version, but i switched the avocado to halloumi as i don’t like avocados…)

Chose this little place for Sunday brunch with a darling friend. So glad I did! Slightly out of the way, so though clearly very popular, not too much traffic. Delicious food and great service from Mo and his team.. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back 😀

Great healthy and vegan food. The service and atmosphere were really good. The shakshuka was kinda weird. As an Israeli I expected a totally different thing.

Great vegan options and nice vibe. I recommend to reserve a table, it gets busy and the place is quite small. We took the vegan breakfast and vegan waffle, both were yummy.

Wonderful place to stop for brunch for two in central London. Plenty of vegan options making it difficult to decide what to go for as it all sounded so good. The waitress serving us was a super-star and despite being incredibly busy, made sure we (and the dozen or so other walk-ins) were seated quickly with menus and orders taken with no fuss. Both meals were delicious and the coffee was the best we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

What an awesome cafe! Cosy, friendly staff, amazing food options with lots of adjustments available. I had The Duke smoothie and the KIN Hash- divine! Everything was fresh and beautiful tasting- the Hash was vibrant, with amazing textures working well together. The cubed sesame tofu was unreal too.

A pleasant server met us outside when my friend and I stopped by here for lunch, as we didn’t have reservations. We got a seat within 10 minutes. A lovely waitress came and took our orders promptly. I had the KIN hash and the waitress happily took a few alterations I made like scrambled rather than poached eggs, and both sweet potato and butternut squash rather than have choosing to choose one. Overall I really enjoyed my meal: excellent portion size for the money and very tasty. My friend had the roast with a number of vegan sides and said it definitely tasted better there versus Deliveroo. I also really liked the skinny chai latte albeit it seems the cup wasn’t filled all the way to the top. Cheery place and good value for meal. I had the vegan double chocolate cookie for takeaway and it was tasty: chewy and full of chips. The butternut frosting loaf slice though, whilst moist, was a bit blander. I would definitely return.

The food is great, very vegan friendly, the service was nice and helpful BUT we came on a Sunday and it was sooo noisy that we wanted to finish eating fast and leave!! It was impossible to enjoy the meal in this atmosphere.

The food was simple, ordered a burrito. It was really hot and fresh, would have liked it to have been served at a slightly lower temperature as it took a while before cooling down so we could tuck in. The drinks were great, especially the milkshake.

Went for lunch at this lovely little cafe after finding it on Happycow. I went for the omelette because it's so rare to see a vegan omelette on a menu and it's not something I've mastered at home yet. I did like this - it was really creamy and cheesy but not much like an omelette, it was crispy on the outside but liquid inside. Still tasty though and a huge portion. Their coffee was excellent and they also had loads of vegan cakes and pastries, really wish I'd bought one to bring home!

Such a lovely small place with a good selection of dishes and pastries. The servers were lively and very friendly. A busy place, but all excused by hearing the cooks and servers bring a happy mood by singing along to the songs on the radio. We ordered their Omelette and their Kin Breakfast. It was very good. Next time I'm traveling to London, I'll be sure to visit KIN Café again. Loved it! I would recommend to book a table beforehand, as it seemed like a lot of people wanted to start their day off by visiting this lovely place.

Vibes 5/5 Staff 5/5 Food 5/5 Coffee 5/5 Overall score: 5 The reason I gave such high scores is because the staff were really accommodating, at first we were sitting outside then they easily moved us inside the cafe once there was space. Finally a sourdough bread that doesn’t scratch your mouth!!! It was crispy yet soft which made a huge difference. Also you have an option to either go vegetarian or vegan which is a massive plus. Coffee was tasty and the overall price for 2 people was £37 which is well worth that price.

Went here for a late breakfast and it was great! Ordered the Breakfast dish because it seemed to be the most popular. I was able to totally customize it to meet my dairy-free needs! Chai latte & service was also great as well.

  • 3/5 Ariel C. 2 years ago on Google
cute little cafe with a lot of vegan options! however i was a bit disappointed with my açaí bowl because it had more granola than the smoothie/toppings itself, contrary to the pictures from other reviews. the waitress offered to add coconut yogurt to the leftover granola bowl because it’s a bit dry to digest.. although i would have preferred more of the açaí instead. otherwise, matcha latte is tasty and the interior/atmosphere is great to relax or work in.

Went here for brunch. Amazing food and equally amazing service. We had Vegan KIN hash (tofu replaces egg), a regular KIN breakfast, Oat milk latte and 2 vegan baklava's. Will be coming back!

The best you can start your vacation in London with is to pay KIN a visit and taste their AMAZING vegan breakfast. It has it all! Mashed avocado, nice beans, potato sallad, fried hard tofu (spicy), scrambled tofu! Top it all of with a nice glass of orange juice and you are set for the day. £16 for the best vegan breakfast with juice is not a bad deal. AND ITS ALL VEGAN. So pay this cozy place a visit 💚💚💚💚
