What
a
great
place
to
taste
local
galician
specialties!
The
“tavern”
atmosphere
and
vibe,
as
well
as
the
very
friendly
and
helpful
staff,
made
the
whole
experience
perfect.
The
place
is
super
busy,
but
we
found
a
table
without
reservation
because
we
got
there
at
16:00.
We
got
tapas
(half)
portions
to
share
and
everything
we
got
was
deliciously
cooked.
Pulpo
con
Cachelos
(octopus
with
potatoes)
is
a
must
and
it’s
the
best
one
we’ve
had
in
Spain
-so
far!
We
also
tried
the
Zamburiñas
a
la
Plancha
(grilled
scallops)
-the
sauce
left
us
speechless,
Chipirones
Fritos,
Pimientos
de
Padrón
and
Croquetas
Caseras
(homemade
croquettes).
The
bread
portion
was
very
generous
and
the
bread
itself
was
amazing.
The
plot
twist,
though,
was
the
“Callos
a
la
Gallega”
(a
hearty
chickpea
and
sausage
stew)
small
treat
that
they
brought
us
with
our
beers
at
the
beginning.
Was
like
an
explosion
of
tastes
in
our
mouths!
Overall,
great
experience
and
would
definitely
recommend
it
to
anyone
who
wants
to
try
authentic
cuisine
from
Galicia.
