Es difícil ser tan incompetente, tuvo que ser a propósito o una cámara oculta si no es imposible hacerlo todo tan mal: 1- pido en la maquina, da error, me pide que repita pedido, lo repito… da error me voy al mostrador y tardan bastante en atenderme 2- me dan ellos a elegir entre un 10% de descuento o una hamburguesa, elijo la hamburguesa, resulta que la oferta ya habia caducado, vale pues pon el descuento… 3- pido lo mismo que en la maquina, da un euro más… exactamente lo mismo, se lo explico me dice que es lo que marca la caja y punto, pago el euro porque tengo prisa, obvio algo no encaja 4- miro el ticket, uno de los menus no era el que pedi, ahora entiendo el euro mas pero vale va no pasa nada… 5- cuando llega el pedido (que tardó bastante) pedi para llevar me lo pone para tomar en el local 6- Finalmente me lo ponen para llevar, oye amiga falta el helado… 7- Llego por fin a casa y aun habia mas sorpresas… todo frio, falta una de patatas, me cobran dos menus medianos y uno de ellos viene pequeño… le pedi 3 sobres de ketchup, pues han venido 5 y me ha cobrado 6 extra… es decir los primeros 4 son gratis, me ha cobrado 6, deberian haber venido 10, los 4 gratis mas los 6 cobrados… Ya no tengo paciencia para seguir siendo educado, sin duda no voy a volver a esta pu** mier** Es la peor atención al cliente de mi vida, felicidades porque era difícil hacerlo tan mal

Están más pendientes de discutir entre ellos y d limpiar que de atender a los clientes . 25 minutos esperando x un pedido y resulta q cuando se lo decimos no estaba ni aciendolo!!! Ai q trabajar más y discutir menos!! Las chicas que estaban hoy atención pésima!!! Y lo mejor esque reclamamos q nos icieran la devolución y acen firmar papeles para devolver el dinero a la tarjeta y no devolvieron nada!!

Llevo una semana para comprar un helado allí y nunca hay, la hamburguesa roja infantil de promoción de Spiderman tampoco la tienen porque dicen que se les acabo el pan,y les pido la hamburguesa sin pepino y me l dan con pepino…. Fatal!
