A thoroughly disappointing experience. The hostel is new, and the walls are plastered with witty slogans about being the BOSS and other things. We had two beds in a four bed room. Unfortunately only one set of bed spread and mattress cover were provided. And even more unfortunately we only discovered this after 5pm, when the person manning the “24/7” desk had left for the day. We wanted to wash our clothes, as we were led to believe was possible. Again, because the person at the front desk wanted to leave and because after giving us a bag for our clothes (no self service) decided be didn’t want to wash that day anymore, we were rudely and very loudly told that no, no way. Again, that’s after us receiving a plastic bag (a small one, not what anywhere else 8€ gets you in laundry) and having gone upstairs for five minutes to pack the clothes into it. The hallways was filled with what I assume (and hope) was dirty linens. I just hope that’s not how they store their clean stuff. The shoe rack is outside. So after a day walking in rain and putting the shoes in there, the best we got the next morning was them being even wetter from a nights shower. Most of this I could somewhat deal with. But the absolutely unfriendly and borderline nasty behavior of the hosts and the fact that both a 24/7 front desk and laundry are advertised and then with abusive language declared to be „not for you“ — that I can not.

Five stars all the way. They just opened last week. Very clean, easy to book though booking.com and great staff, especially Nicolas. He’s from Finisterre so if you’re headed to “the end of the world” he can give you some insider tips. They had a safe place for my buddy and I to lock out bikes. Key pad access to the front door and additional key pads to the rooms so very secure and the ability to come and go at anytime. And just a short walk to the cathedral.

The hostel is very new and but it needs some improvements like adding hangers to the rooms and in the toilet. The room door shuts loudly (externally). No glasses or plates in the kitchen at all.

Personale cordiale, struttura nuovissima e molto pulita. Una camera è fatta da quattro letti (due letti a castello) e ha un bagno all'interno. Pareti in pietra viva bellissime. Posto comodo per il centro di santiago. Probabilmente è super nuovo perché c'erano solo 4 recensioni, ma è incredibile!!!

I didnt like this hostel.

Hostel nuevo, apenas 1 año, justo un 1km antes de llegar a la catedral de Santiago por el Camino Francés. Las camas grandes y cómodas, con cortinas para privacidad, así como luz y enchufe individual en cada cama y sábanas de tela. Se puede alquilar toalla por 2€. También dispone de nevera, microondas, servicio de lavado y secado. LO MEJOR la atención del personal, Nico, realmente un 13 sobre 10. Aspectos a mejorar: - No puedes entrar en la habitación antes de las 15h. - No tiene casi utensilios ni tampoco esponja para lavar lo que hay. - Espacio reducido en la cocina - Faltan lugares donde colgar chaquetas, poncho o ropa en las habitaciones y baño. - No hay papel para secarse las manos ni toalla.

Ostello fantastico. Ottima posizione, personale disponibile, camere pulite e ben organizzate. Assolutamente consigliato.

Muy buen hostel para pasar tus días en Santiago después de caminar o rodar en bici. Está en la calle principal de entrada del camino francés, la rua de san Pedro. Las instalaciones son modernas y bonitas. Y el personal, encantador.

The rooms are clean. I can only complain about the facilities. After walking camino I'm disappointed about facilities of kitchen. No plates , catlery, mugs. I miss kettle to make tea or coffee morning. Nothing in the kitchen room. :-(

Great location, nice private room with private bathroom.

De lo más barato que hay a partir de noviembre (muchos cierran en invierno). Muy buen servicio, muy atentos. Mucha limpieza y es diaria!! Pero no tiene vitro ni gas, solo dos micros, un fregadero, una mininevera (de las de tipo habitación de hotel) y algo de vajilla, quedandose corto para todos los huéspedes. Las habitaciones de 6 personas solo disponen de un baño individual... no da de sí para 6. Eso sí, el baño está muy limpio!! Sin duda repetiria!!
