It seems incredible to me that the Xunta/Sergas or whoever does not take action with the staff of this center, you just have to look at the reviews. The emergency system is totally shameful. At reception, as soon as you arrive, they treat you badly, and then you go to the waiting room where the consultations are open and empty because they are ALWAYS in the back room having dinner or having something (you can hear spoons, laughter, etc.), while the patients EMERGENCIES we are waiting. Then after protesting when they serve you, they overdo it because of course, they are in a hurry. In my case, the doctor reproached me for not taking the antigen test on my own despite not having a fever, but then she did not do it and neither listened to me nor looked at my throat, which was what hurt me. He treated me like it was all a figment of my imagination, without prescribing anything and sending me home. And it is not the only time, it seems that here they choose the staff for the worst grades of the career. Then they say that we saturate the CHUAC, but there at least they pay attention to us.

My mother has schizoaffective bipolar disorder. The psychiatrist has allowed her to self-remove medication to prevent psychotic outbreaks, and his only way to evaluate her is to ask if she is well. As she says yes, review in 6 months. And since we're eating the family, the problem is that the police will call us to go pick her up and the only option they leave us is to admit her. But this happens because he doesn't even bother to give her medication or treat her. And thanks we will have to ensure that he did not attack anyone.

-1000 Disastrous service. I gave the urgency 3 chances because it's up to me. First: they forgot to activate what they prescribed for me and since they don't answer the phone, I had to go to another health center. The doctor was crazy that they had done that and given me a toilet paper to clean my eye, which was quite damaged. Second: I went with a respiratory infection and plaques in my throat, flying with fever. Obviously they didn't even look at me and they didn't give me antibiotics. I had to go the next day for emergencies (between gaps) to my family doctor (also freaking out). Third: just yesterday, I have another respiratory infection, fever, a lot of cough, I can't breathe. He looked at my throat from afar, listened to me without touching my back and quickly. He didn't check my blood oxygen level. He told me he didn't see anything. Let him have some syrup and that's it. He didn't tell me how to take it or how long. A disaster. I'm never coming back again. They are embarrassing. I am also a health professional (pharmacy) and I find that center painful. I'm sorry for the others but I'll go to the chuac.

Is incredible. I call to make an appointment with the family doctor on 11/07 for a medical emergency and they tell me that they cannot see me until 11/16. I go to the health center in the emergency room and as soon as I arrive they look at you as if it bothered them that we were there. Believe me, I wouldn't go if I didn't feel so bad that day. A little empathy that is free!!

The service is decadent. Years ago it was a benchmark, today it is a disaster without taking into account the little or no education of people who care for the patient at reception and, with reference to doctors, there are one or another who should start their day taking a lexatin or alprazolam, in order for them to relax and treat the patient with forms and manners, who pay their salary. An important point that you should not forget, just as I imagine you must also be patients at some point, so treat the patient as you would like to be treated, with education and respect. I recently had an anxiety process and the treatment was with risqué forms, surely now that is the treatment for people with anxiety, then taking TA, glucose and injecting diazepam. It didn't even occur to him to do an electrocardiogram. No glucometer was useful, especially the needles to prick and obtain a drop of blood, nonsense. Shout to the cattle!!! And don't forget who pays your salary and take manners classes before being assigned as a replacement, they're embarrassing! I must add that I have changed doctors and I really must say that there is no doctor who is a 10. There is no perfection, obviously, but if we look for education and professionalism, I imagine there will be doctors, at least one who meets those requirements, I want to think... They must not forget that not all patients are the same, each one is different... With flaws, some patients who are treated humiliatingly, I have witnessed, and others who are not treated with supposed kindness. We don't go to the Cambre health center to make friends but to take care of ourselves, our health, period. We request respect in general from each patient according to the patient's way of being. They are there to serve you and once again, we patients pay their salary and other advice, try to be punctual, be polite and considerate. Today was February 14, 2024, we waited 2 hours and when it was time for the doctor, I told her can I ask her some quick questions and she said no, since she was with a patient for more than 1 hour and I was there for 5 minutes. Also, mention you have come three times. Of course, the first one was accompanying my son, the second was an appointment for me and with the third one they made me come in today for a prediabetic test and then the family doctor had to give me results and he answers in this rude way? 6 months change of doctor. Terrible really. I understand that doctors are human but let's be redundant, they lack humanity and I don't know what they believe, they have to get off the cloud and see reality. To avoid going to health centers, we must take care of our diet and lifestyle habits, etc. Isn't there a director in this health center to put order?! Aren't there relevant, professional and educated doctors? There are hundreds of them looking for places, choose the best. Nothing is free!

Just like the one from Santa Cruz, another gang of useless people, they do everything, they do a little theater, and live, I went for a throat infection and the very useless person gives me an inhaler, then they put up the little sign that you have to treat them with Regarding this, I used to kick them, useless, and it doesn't matter where you go, useless, a little bit of stake syrup and you'll see how they wake up

The five stars go to Ricardo García Sieiro, who is a great doctor, he hardly makes you wait and he cares about his patients. I can only say Thank you! In relation to the Health Center, now you have to get a number at the entrance machine, putting your ID or entering the health card, it would be good if they had a person to notify the people who enter and help them get a number if necessary. necessary and at the same time explain where he has to wait. I would also like them to put masks at the entrance like they have in other Health Centers.

A SHAME Especially the nurses at this center have 0 professionalism. They are truly rude. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who thinks this, it's a shame that people are eagerly looking for work and that these people are working in a health center. 0 ATTENDANCE TO THE CENTER IS RECOMMENDED.

They treat you very badly without any kind of respect, my son was sick with vomiting and fever I went to the emergency room then I made the appointment with the pediatrician and she questioned everything I told her to the point of telling me that I am making up my son's symptoms and That he won't do an analysis because I say so, that if I don't want him to get sick, I shouldn't take him to daycare. These are the actual words that the pediatrician told me because I asked her to do an analysis and stool test on the baby. It bothered me and I started changing the child to leave and he even opened the consultation door for me to leave.

A shameless doctor scolded my mother for going to the emergency room at night until she made her cry and my sister came into the office to stop the doctor because it was surreal.
